3.12.2 Tullina won't open the door

+1 Just happened today for me.

Also had this bug happen today, on the heist objective. I can't complete this heist because she won't open the final door.

Heist Target is Urn of Farud, Repository map. Level 82 monster level.

+1 Same thing happening for me almost every mission with her on agility maps.

4 contracts, 3 times she bugged.

The same happened to me with Karst at the last door.

An interesting fact is that I was able to get out with all the items, and then I entered back.

Before that, I completed a grand heist with 2 rooms, and in between the rooms I got out to store all my items, maybe this would help.



Update: I'm actually stuck, the portal is still opened after relogin, the instance is opened and I cannot start another heist. Will try to wait 15 minutes.
