3.12.2 Tullina won't open the door

Bug No. 2,770,950,290 (forgot to take it while the bug happened; took it later)
Tullina bugged out on one locked door to a reward (Essences) during an Agility mission. She wouldn't pull the clutch. After a while she came out of her stealth mode inside the door, and the Open Door icon reappeared. Clicking the icon caused her to teleport outside and reenter the door opening sequence, only to stop before she pulled the clutch again. I tried a few more times before giving up. She just stands next to the lever for 5s then the icon re-appears.  |

 Ref number: 842,461,047. So far, could not open the target room in 2 of 2 Repository heists, will try another layout, and confirm the results. Can confirm. She just runs to the corner on the other side and does nothing.

Can also confirm ... and now I've got 2 grand heists that I've revealed, but can't do them. I don't want to reach a currency room that I can't open because of this bug.

It happened only at that time once. Every run now she works just fine.
