Storm Brand - Runebinder not working?

still horribly bugged. i run cold conversion with inpulsa and herald of ice and clear is acceptable, not ideal, but doesn't feel so flaccid as without the chest
Daily bump waiting for GGG to answer
After looking into this, it seems like there isn't anything wrong with Storm Brand.

Since the Brand changes we made in 3.11.0, Brands will now return to their spawned location, this itself will reduce your clear speed as you will need to spawn new brands/use Brand Recall to re-position them.

The AoE on Storm Brand isn't great and the Brand itself deals almost double (80% more) damage to attached targets which would explain why Bosses feel like they are dying rather quickly.

When playing around with Storm Brand myself as well as watching videos of builds, I've noticed that clearing doesn't come from the Brand itself but from other sources such as Herald of Ice or Impulsa's causing a chain of explosions.

The current clear speed problem that is being experiences here may not have been so noticeable during Harvest because of the level of gear that was attainable.
It's also probably because people aren't using holy conquest to aid with clearing. I logged into my storm brand character from harvest league that has 11mil+ dps, and it still feels the same, clear wise and single target. Use holy conquest if you aren't clearing well. Should be fine. Worse without op harvest crafting, but fine.

Thank you for the update, guess I'll give SB a miss. Nothing feels worse then completely deleting map bosses but struggling to clear a level 44 pack (lowest zone I tested).

Very much appreciate you looking into this for us!

Storm brand builds mostly use uniques and the same items that were always available, no harvest crafted gear except explody chest, which I had and can assure you, made very little difference.

We can't all be crazy, it feels different than last league and I had to change my build up to accommodate.
The beams kind of do no dmg. Like someone above me said, the dmg struggles in a pack of white mobs. The attached mob should die quickly and then the brand should jump in its attachment range. But it feels so much slower than in 3.11.
Just throw a storm brand in a white pack.
JUST FIX IT ALREADY!
