Respec Option for Bandit quest

I really like permanent choices in games, provided that I make the best choice. I just decided to go from life based to CI so the hp I got from Oak is now useless. This is really bothering me and I feel like I have to make a completely new character which I really don't want to do.

A solution for this is to add a respec option but for a very high price, maybe something like 30 regrets. This will make the choice of which bandit you help somewhat permanent since most players don't want to pay such a high price.

well when skill tree was changed all charcs affected got free skill resets, since i guess GGG realises the impact it would have on builds.

going by that logic, why wasnt bandit quest rewards not reset as well?

for instance :

after moving of mana flows, i may or may not want to go blood magic, so i'm screwed when it comes to having taken 40 mana for quest reward.

after changing acceleration, i may or may not want to stick with spell attks, so i'm screwed when it comes to having taken faster cast % as reward when i now want attk speed.

and as others have pointed out, after adding the skill power charge on crit, a LOT of ppl would regret not taking power charge as reward.

basically build changes which were unforseen on the player's part, and brought about by changes/additions to the game, made us want to change our bandit quest rewards. so since there's regret orbs letting us resspec skills infintely at a cost, and even free total respec given when skill changes were made, i think it would be sensible to at least give us 1 free respec for bandit rewards, or offer us the option to respec it at a cost.

p.s : as for the comments that we need to think before choosing reward, just reroll etc... no amount of thinking/planning would have helped because of the changes TO THE GAME itself. and rerolling... sure, if it wasnt a charc that's above lv 85++ which takes a huge amount of effort n playtime. picture this, u have a new phone which u barely used, it breaks down, so u trade it in for a new one, no biggie. then u have a phone where u have a ton of data/info stored in it, and it breaks down suddenly. do u want to send it for repair so u can keep your data, or just buy a new phone?

Bump, would appreciate mods comment please!
I would say a full respec would possibly effect game economy so that is something to think about.

Who said anything about a full respec? Lol. It's about changing your bandit choice.

Oh I see, I got confused after some people talked about some of there passive choices.

I say no to this simply for the fact that you might mess up your first one but that is very shortly after making your character so you can easily make a new one. If you mess up the last 2 then it is completely your fault.

Oh man,

I would love to be able to redo the bandits quest somehow. Everything in the passive skill tree is so dynamic which is amazing imo. I love to be able to fully respec a character, its just the bandits quest that kindoff restricts this.

Cheers :)
