Respec Option for Bandit quest

and please take the regret orbs out of the game, or at least make it more rare like mirror or ex |

Both sides have valid arguments for or against it. But as we already have regret orbs (which allow even a full respec if you are rich enough), there should be probably an option to change bandit quest rewards(and really guys they don't offer anything "special", everything you get there can be also got in the Passive Tree with slightly tweaked numbers), but at a very costly price.
Something that could work in my opinion would be: Unlimited resets but every reset costs you 1 level and all experience towards the next level. |

reroll, that is your option.
If you haven't thought through what reward you are going to take, you're stuck with what you choose. If the game "fundamentally" changes and you wish you had taken another reward, reroll. The only solution that would work is "unlimited amounts of reward changes", and this is just wrong (imho). It's like being able to choose a different skill gem or loot from a reward, it's just silly. You pick one, it's yours, that's the end of it. Rerolling a character is not necessarily unpleasant (there will always be ppl who disagree with me on this point). And with new skills and uniques coming out every so often, ppl keep making new characters and builds all the time. Final thought, perhaps when the game is released (or the beta tag is removed) there will be a "final" solution to this issue, but other than the above "solution" (a non-starter imo), the only other solution (that I see) is to remove all rewards except eramir's (the passive), which to an extent dilutes act 2 and how the game has been designed up to this point. tl:dr, anything is possible lol |

" sry but cant agree with this at all how can you say "respecing" the bandit q is similar to changing a gem q reward? you can find any gem in the game or if you are unlucky you can get it with trading like someone else alredy mentioned its more like a passive point (same stats as some passive nodes just a bit higher) and on top of that you could pick a passiv point instead! that means ,if you had picked that passiv point over the other 3 fix bonuses ,you could respec them as often as you want so its only logical that we would be able to respec it as long as its possible with passive points |

respec quest option would be nice, making it a choice between immediate benefits and a later respec would be great too.
for a new quest it could be something like +Chaos Resist, +1 skill point, or Respec but I'd let more familiar minds than mine figure out the particulars. I would probably leave the bandit quest alone. 1 respec per difficulty would be solid. " You do know that the only truly "permanent" thing in this game are the bandit quests right? Kinda undermines your whole argument doesn't it? Oh and please don't try to tell us what we should and should not enjoy, thank you very much. |

" pathetic ting, but I shouldn't expect anything else form a fail troll. not once did I use the word enjoy. I just told it, as it is. Learn to read loser |

I have a tentative suggestion about how to respec bandit rewards.
Even after you kill the bandits they still talk to you before they attack. So what if they offered a dialogue option like when you have the quest originally only instead of help/fight its change reward/fight? The price would be trade one orb of regret to the bandit whose reward you want and go kill the other two bandits again. Trading the skill point in for one of the bandit rewards would be the more difficult thing to deal with. I don't even know how to go about that. Maybe you shouldn't be able to? Personally I've always re rolled if I didn't like my bandit choice and never had it much bother me. Hopefully this adds something constructive to the discussion at hand. You gotta love the ribbons. When they kill you they gift wrap you for the grim reaper. What other enemy is that thoughtful? - Alexdaemon
