A heist is such a generic idea it doesn't need to come any particular source. As for being inspired by a movie well the are hundreds of movies based on heists.

Chris mentioned during the Harvest interview that they were inspired by a movie for it. And they wouldn't say which one it was because it came out the same year as the movie that inspired them the next league (being Heist) and they thought people would figure it out otherwise.
