How RMT has destroyed PoE

Yes RMT is bad. Yes, many of the things listed in the opening post are related to RMT. No, PoE is not destroyed. I don't see how any of those things listed has made PoE less fun for me or even the vast majority of players.
Over 430 threads discussing labyrinth problems with over 1040 posters in support (thread # 1702621) Thank you all! GGG will implement a different method for ascension in PoE2. Retired!

Wait a minute... A non-hyperboling post? Something feels off. I think you're doing it wrong, Sir.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.
Hate Trade bott flippers all you want. . .at least they actually trade in a reasonable time.

I had a dude this league party invite me 40 minutes after I whispered him trying to get a yellow map for atlas completion and got super pissed when I told him I no longer needed it. . .

another mad person cus someone else chooses to play differently and is more successful
ill ask the same question i always ask people like this

Laughing at people who still think GGG doesnt design their game around you using RMT to copy streamer builds.

TRade bots are lowering the value of little currency items like fusings and chaos. Because they can bot so much chaos a day little casual players who don t have their life to grind 3000 maps an hours will see their currency power much lower because of them

RMT users and bots are actually destroying the casual player ingame wallet.

But you can also turn it around: Bots are lowering the value of chaos, correct - I agree. But for us plebs, happy to se 10+ exalts dropping per league, dropping an exalt feels SO MUCH better when it can give me 200 chaos instead of 60.

That said, I totally agree that GGG need to step up their game when it comes to bot detection. But I think the impact bots have on your, personal experience is a little bit blown out of proportions. But then again, for each league that goes by, where people see that GGG are "letting it slide", the more people are being tempted to try setting up a bot.

I don't think so mainly because:

1) SSF exist.

2) Trade leagues: GGG keep adding more way ins generating currency quickly.

3) GGG's banning wave (which lets be honest doesn't do anything since the bots come back but its still something I guess)

- - -

That said newer players who don't know how to generate currency and are introduced into PoE from streamers may feel like RMT is the only way you can get gear. I don't know how you can fix that since the forums, wikis, reddit and youtube videos are around which teach people how to generate currency its just hard getting these newer players to use them.
100% agree with OP

The game was born to chase these rmt people (buyers and sellers) from D2 and everything is built around it.

Self drops and progression are a pain, the dumbest gameplay in arpgs of one click ranged spam autoproc to enable easy botting, every system is bare minimum functional that requires/enables bots, the refusal to enable ingame tools (trade tool), the league resets, the rates being always tweaked (always lowered when too high) for the "economy health" <- example: "we will not put harvest into core"

Everything is built in a way that a common worker lazy peon does't really have the time to farm 100h for one pair of gloves and will drop some bucks to buy exalts for the gear, while those competitive people will drop some hundreds every league start.
Gives streamers & friends queue priority and leaves supporters who spent hundreds $ packs in the 100k queue.

GGG: Don't you guys follow streamers?

Just confirming but do you truly believe this or is it sarcasm?

If it isn't sarcasm I highly recommend selling league trade-able items and using Jun: vids and temples (Sac + double corrupts) at the start.

I recommend your first fresh build as ED since you can get into yellow maps with ZERO dmg mods on gear and it clears fast.

Once you have your first exa you can go for champion BoR and get into red map easy (but horrid clear) and start farming the end game for easy currency or you can save up 10 exa and make a spider or aw build which can farm A8. From that point you will be rolling in it so you can make any build if your bother.
