The subreddit is out of control
We're all used to skimming over lazy memes to find the few contributions which make the subreddit very much worth our time. I draw the line at other players - even scammers - being called "human garbage" (https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/i14tv2/i_just_had_a_cadiro_bro_deal_and_be_warned_the/) and I hope GGG will do their best not to be associated with this kind of conduct.

GGG doesn't run the subreddit, so...yeah.
I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

" I did. They didn't care. I'm not saying GGG is responsible. I'm saying they may want to weigh in here. ![]() |

" You're absolutely right here. I sometimes like to waste it :o) |

"They won't, because it's not their responsibility. That kind of talk is forbidden here, and a comment has already been deleted from this very thread because of it. But if the mods there allow people to say those kinds of things, that's their prerogative. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

" I think you're underestimating how many people the subreddit reaches compared to this forum. Of course GGG can't force the admins to do anything, but they could at least try. |

I'm not underestimating anything. I simply understand how both the subreddit and GGG operate. GGG barely even "weighs in" on game-related stuff, either here or there. They're not going to go make an issue out of some mildly rude yet G-rated comments over there.
You seem more bothered by it than you should be. It's pretty trivial, and the PoE subreddit is downright tame in comparison to what goes on elsewhere in gaming-related subreddits. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

Whether moderators of other subreddits manage to uphold the reddiquette is beside the point here. Our definitions of "pretty trivial" seem very different, but I'm good with you now caring about this. GGG definitely know about this now. We'll just have to see if they choose to care.
