I have KB on a 4 link for AOE clear and Power Siphon fully scaled for single target so there's no need to gem swap. KB + explody chest is enough to clear most packs in one or two hits but occasionally you'll meet a tanky rare/rouge exile/beyond boss or whatever and that's when power siphon comes in handy.
