3.12 Spellslinger Fireball/Blazing Salvo Assassin/Scion. League Start Friendly balls of double fire

"Originally that visual effect was supposed to be for the Firestorm rework but it changed Firestorm too much. My understanding is that it now might become a separate skill with Firestorm receiving its own (but more on brand) rework. I haven't heard confirmation of either thing going ahead just yet."

The end-game version is made for investing into this yea, but without using Harvest crafts. Also i dont hesitate to get craft poppy woke items early on, in my experience something like +1fire/+1int gems amulet usually sells back easily and even brings a bit profit when done right. Worst item is the shield (plus helm enchant depending on the meta).

For switching builds, i did it day 4-5 this league around level 90... by that time low budget problems began to show themselves but it was manageable.
One thing thou, i never had problems with trash.. only bosses. Even a fully juiced t16 promenade run at level 82 was quite easy until bosses.

This is a given. The 6L fireball version with shit gears still has good clear. All my comments and concerns are directed towards bosses. You do have to kill Drox regularly while gathering watchstones and at somepoint he becomes a single target dps check.

Though, seeing Heist info, we might get away with a low watchstone count and farming red maps in just a few atlas region for Heist contrat and get all our currency from the league mechanics.
When asked about bosses and what it feels to play heists and grand heists, bex said it's not much like building up towards a boss fight but rather like runing a temple (Incursion). She did say there will be boss in there though. But it seems like you might just be able to avoid them (run away) and anyway just focus on the Heist rewards.
The danger in heist is the swarm of monsters once the facility goes in lockdown, which your original 6L fireball version is excellent against.*

Pretty hopefull we can gather currency next league without solving the boss wall.

Since GGG loves tweaking gems right before league start, you can just check what racers are using atm to start. Alternatively u can just level with anything u like, its only for 2 acts.

How can I check that? I always struggle with Merveil trying to follow the builds... Lol

Just check yt channels or twitch streams of prominent racers.. also i will name what gem i will be using for first two acts with the guide update (right after we see 20/20 gem info so i can have decide which one is gonna replace wave of conviction). But racers are.. well racers, that is what they do best :)

How you feel about current Development Manifesto [3.12]? Mana reservation change sounds huge to me.

Right now, the two spellslingers would add 10% net reservation even at level 20. This means that it would be negative 8% reservation - killing the possibility of this many links. Essentially you would have to remove Inspiration and PCOC on one of these to get to 10% unreserved (which would be 0% remaining) and then still have to get 2% less mana reserve either from corruptions or reworking the tree.

At least that is my 10 minute look at the PoB included.

The Guide is Updated for league start.

It will be better optimized and modified once i start testing the build in the league.
