One funny thing about harvest.
Item bases are so fucking cheap they should be worth 10 times more.
HighRollers buy the cheap bases to make imba items through their harvest waow. Then sell to the plebs for alot more then it's actually worth. Yall missing out big time. Still sane exile? Last edited by Acolina87#4172 on Jul 19, 2020, 9:59:32 AM Last bumped on Jul 26, 2020, 11:53:00 AM

People are willing to pay... that's great. You're mistaken as to where the value comes from. The value comes from a player spending time doing something that another player would prefer not to.

That's what you got out of Harvest League? That base items are cheap? Nothing about how bots have wrecked trading, or that now this arpg is masquerading as a crop growing sim? That finding seeds, planting them, and waiting for them to grow is just more busy work? I have to LoL on the "One funny thing". As if PoE is otherwise perfect. Well it isn't even close to arpg perfection. With each subsequent league it's heading away from "the arpg we would most like to play."
"You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..." Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration. The perfect solution to fix Trade Chat: www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2247070 Last edited by Arrowneous#3097 on Jul 19, 2020, 12:15:06 PM

" The culture of PoE and her 1337 fanbase right here folks. Sad! Rip harvest. |

" Spot on, I don't even read what's written on the seeds anymore, just like synthesized bases back in 3.5. Rather pay a premium for already crafted stuff than to waste my time on crafting. Second-class poe gamer

I have no problem with this.
I delve at 83+ ilvl and bring up treasures from the deep. Ilvl 86+ vaal regalias, exquisite blades, stygians, etc. I don't have nearly the time and resources to craft ALL of them so I sell them for what they're worth - a chance for folks with resources but without access to zones that drop i86+ and sometimes 88+ items. All you need to do to make them 100-200x their face worth is to quality them to 30, or slap them with a seed that adds influence to a non-influenced item. (One of these is a lot easier now!) FWIW it takes absolutely nothing to get these items in quantity. Oba's, Olmec's, and sims all crank up ilvl and monsterlevel on zones so you can scoop them up quickly. Atlas bases are a little harder to come by, but throwaway watchstones have you covered. Thankful they are cheap, yet also thankful there's a demand. That's an indication the market is in the right place. [19:36]#Mirror_stacking_clown: try smoke ganja every day for 10 years and do memory game

" It's hard NOT wearing sunglasses due to all the forced bloom Like, that may end up being the next item slot. Eyewear Thicc jugg needs thicc lenses. Shadow needs shades. [19:36]#Mirror_stacking_clown: try smoke ganja every day for 10 years and do memory game

The league has grown on me in some aspects. It's the first league that I have tried to craft things beyond just adding a mod from the bench.
It was cumbersome to figure out; not difficult, just a bit tedious. Now I fear it is going to go the path of Bestiary, which is to mean that it will be barely accessible and not targeted. In Bestiary league you could target what you wanted with a little grind, with the exception of the bosses (which took a ton of grind). In harvest, you can craft things with a little grind. Unfortunately it is a bit too easy. They're going to throw the baby out with the bathwater. Thanks for all the fish! Last edited by Nubatron#4333 on Jul 20, 2020, 10:05:24 AM
