Windowed mode suggestions (borderless and window lock)

Two suggestions regarding windowed mode (toggle on/off in video options):

1) Lock window - disable moving/resizing of the window with mouse (not sure whether technically possible) - accidentally dragging window border or the whole window causes a slight lag while the picture adjusts that can be fatal (for the character)

2) Borderless window (aka windowed fullscreen) - this could also possibly work as a workaround for #1 by setting resolution lower than desktop resolution and removing borders to avoid moving/resizing of the window

Borderless Windowed would be fantastic, especially for streaming.

Adjusting res when in windowed mode if you aren't going to remove the border so that you can see all of the game screen.

An example of this not happening is Mass Effect, if you have the in-game res the same as the screen res & select windowed mode the in-game res stays the same but you get a border at the top (with the close/minimise/etc buttons on it) & the bottom part of the game is lost behind the windows task bar.
some games has fixed window position feature , no borders , and custom window size,
border doesn't bother me more then few windows size like 1024x768 or 1280x960 and only choice between them , i like to resize windowed game to fit my preferences, so i can still play and work or watch something or read simultaneously.

I'd love to this feature being enabled as streaming "captures" may get black screens for a few frames if you do it in full screen. And by all means I am a streamer.
I use dual monitor, and i like to watch a movie while gaming, so windowless boarder mode is the best option, i hope it is an option.
One more vote for a borderless windowed mode.
"We were going to monitor the situation but it was in the wrong aspect ratio."
I have a dual monitor setup,
+1 for borderless windowed mode
