Failed to connect to instance.

I too have almost same problem. Altho game crashes for me, when I try to enter different instances of lab and others hideouts. Luckyli, never happened while doing maps. Doinf lab is impossible tho, tried 10 times, game always kicked me before I could finish it. Only have basic lab, which I done before 22. which is when the problems started with desynchronising.

Feels like it got better, at least i can do stuff again in my own HO and as long as i play alone.
As soon as i try to go to someone elses HO or let alone Teamplay ... it is done again.

Same here. Often happends when I go to Oriath. Sometimes it crashes in mine. I got it once in map when I wanted to enter trial. When map/trial is generated once it will always crash when try to enter. Lost maps! Posibility to do trials! This is very bad!

Same thing. Can't join on map or complete lab.. disconnect after 5sec always..

I had this happen with 4 maps just today. Other people can go into them but I get instance error.

So far it appears only maps that are in your inventory on login are like this. At least to me.

Changing server or anything in options has no effect.

i have the same issue, Yesterday and today. Sometimes it works after many times of Closing and Opening the game. But then later it happens again and again. Please look for a solution Staff!

Didn't played for one day, coming back to a game after one small hotfix patch and i can't enter my HO cause it crashes the game every single time.

Its ok though league is extremely boring just like past few leagues. No need to fix it :)
