some npc voice is too low volume

Not just NPC voices, "I can't pick up more stuff" dialogue too.

Issue started just right after the launch of Harvest. Reverb off and volume sliders either do nothing or are having so little effect its effectively unnoticeable.

Same here.

Some voice lines are really low volume (despite Dialogue Volume maxed), and some doesn't play at all.

Some examples of dialogue don't playing:
Piety when she blocks the road in Act 1.
All Piety dialogues in her fight in Act 3.

Curiously, I was leveling a character with Oni-Goroshi, and the dialogue from Oni-Goroshi when Piety is defeated in Act 3 also did not play.

From that moment on I started noticing that sometimes some dialogues do not play (seems random, but I don't know for sure).

Happens mostly from Act 4-8, with random other places like Sin after boss fights and other Acts.

It's a big put off for new players.

Thought there was something with my config, so far act 3 Gravicius and Piety were mute, is it a voice line problem or a full channel not working?

Edit: Aspirant portal doesn't have an opening sound, only background,not sure now but I believe it had a really soft sound, had to pick something else this league because it was so weird without the sound cue
