[3.14] LACERMAN BUILD (Fast ClearSpeed + EZ to Play + All Content + Block)

ATTENTION: I stopped supporting this build as I'm not playing Path of Exile anymore. Another reason is game is rapidly changing, build started to age after 2 years of existence and died with 3.15. You can see my farewell message here for more details, also for what we have achieved in these 2 years. Goodbye everyone!

Lacerman build is a continuation of Sunderman build after Sunder got heavily nerfed in 3.11. Here is the old thread:

CHANGES SINCE RELEASE:

Patch Changes:
Spoiler
3.15:

We have many changes in 3.15. Pob DPS of Required Gear is reduced from 3.81m to 2.22m and Meta Gear is reduced from 8.89m to 5.02m. %71-%71 Attack-Spell block is reduced to %63-%63. Also Physical Damage Reduction is reduced from %80 to %61 on Required Gear and %79 to %58 on Meta Gear. Pretty much RIP. Here are the changes:

The Forceful Skewering Notable on passive tree now has “Impale Damage dealt to Enemies Impaled by you Overwhelms 25% of Physical Damage Reduction" (previously 10%). The minor passive prior no longer has Impale Damage dealt to Enemies Impaled by you Overwhelm 5% of Physical Damage Reduction.
The Swift Skewering Notable now has “Impale Damage dealt to Enemies Impaled by you Overwhelms 15% of Physical Damage Reduction” (previously 10%).

Quality on the Anomalous Fortify Support no longer grants “Supported Skills have 0-4% increased Fortify Effect. It now grants “Supported Skills have 0-10% increased Fortify Duration”.
Impale:
Supported Skills now have 60% chance to Impale (previously 40%).
Supported Skills now have 0-28% increased Impale Effect (previously 20-49%).
No longer has "Supported Skills deal 5-15% more Physical Damage".
No longer has “Impale Damage dealt to Enemies Impaled by Supported Skills Overwhelms 30% Physical Damage Reduction”.

Ruthless:
Now only supports melee strike and slam skills (previously supported non-channeling melee attack skills). This was in Even Further upgrades section and we will be changing this with Pulverize.
Maim on Vaal Ancestral:
Enemies Maimed by Supported Skills now take 10% increased Physical Damage (previously 10-14%).

an now support melee totem skills.

The Lion's Roar unique flask now has 7-10% More Melee Physical Damage during effect (previously 20-25%). Existing versions can be updated to the new values with a Divine Orb.
The Blood of the Karui unique flask now has 50% increased Life Recovered (previously 100%). Existing versions can be updated to the new values with a Divine Orb.

3.14:

We have some buffs and some nerfs in 3.14. Vaal Ancestral Warchief will be ready to cast faster than two times while using it on bosses. We've lost %3.6 DPS and some Leap speed on Meta Gear. Also two small nerfs.

Buffs to the Build:
Damaging unique enemies now generates 6 Vaal souls (previously 3) per 2% life it loses, with a 1 second cooldown. This means Vaal Ancestral Warchief will be ready 2 times faster on bosses after using it. Bosses will go down faster than before!

Both buff and nerf:
Soul Gain Prevention time of Vaal Ancestral Warchief is reduced from 9 seconds to 6 seconds. This will make Vaal Ancestral Warchief available shorter than before. The only downside is we lost 3 seconds of buff from "Non-Vaal skills deal %60 increased damage during Soul Gain Prevention" mod on boots. This is more of a buff than a nerf to us.

Nerfs to the Build:
Explody mod on chest armors are nerfed down to % chance to explode and doesn't grant explosion all the time like they did before. This reduced DPS of Meta Gear by %3.6 by making us switch to Haemophilia. This also made us lose "Socketed Gems have %X More Attack and Cast Speed" mod we used on our Leap setup which slowed down Meta Gear's Leap Speed by a significant amount. But this mod was mostly there for reaching extreme speeds of Leap and made us lose only a little bit of clear speed. It was also considered unnecessary by some people on this thread before.
Flesh and Stone now requires 35% Mana reservation (previously 25%). We no longer have Herald of Purity on our setup if we're using Aul's Uprising in Even Further Upgrades section. For the people going to max-out on build, this is some DPS loss.
%20 increased Damage crafted mod(Syndicate) on our rings is nerfed down to %17. This caused an insignificant %0.4 DPS loss on Meta Gear.

3.13:

We have some tiny nerfs 3.13. Total DPS loss is %3.1 on Required Gear and %2.5 on Meta Gear. Build will keep on rocking!

Buffs to the Build:
"Chance to Blind with Hits against Bleeding Enemies" on Blood in The Eyes ascendancy is increased from %10 to %25.

Both buff and nerf:
"15% increased Attack Physical Damage" is removed from Swift Skewering. "5% increased Impale Effect" is added in it's place.

Nerfs to the Build:
"30% increased Damage with Hits and Ailments against Bleeding Enemies" and also "%5 more bleed" is removed from Gratuitous Violence ascendancy skill. This reduced our DPS by a tiny amount.

3.12:

Build has almost no changes on 3.12 patch. Only Vulnerability is changed a little, but that doesn't affect us.

Buffs to the Build:
Vulnerability: Maim and dot is removed from Vulnerability. But that doesn't affect us as we perma-maim from ascendancy and have no dot. "Now causes ailments inflicted on cursed enemies to deal damage 20% faster." this part will buff bleed, but we have little bleed damage so this is a tiny improvement for us.

Changes to Build:
Spoiler
3.15:
Pob DPS of Required Gear is reduced from 3.81m to 2.22m and Meta Gear is reduced from 8.89m to 5.02m. %71-%71 Attack-Spell block is reduced to %63-%63. Also Physical Damage Reduction is reduced from %80 to %61 on Required Gear and %79 to %58 on Meta Gear. Pretty much RIP. Here are changes for this league:

2) Anomalous Ruthless in Even Further Upgrades section is changed with Pulverize support as Ruthless doesn't work with Lacerate anymore. [24.07.2021]
1) Lifetap on Blood Rage and Berserk is changed with Enhance. This is because Blood Rage works on life with this patch, and we mostly have mana to cast Berserk when needed. If not in some cases, it will take at most 1-2 seconds of waiting for mana to fill up. [24.07.2021]

3.14:

In total, this league DPS of Required Gear is reduced by %4.0 and DPS of Meta Gear is the same. Boss DPS is increased by up to %27 on Meta Gear with the addition of Frenzy charge generation on bosses. Also block chance is increased from %51-%51 to %71-%71 Attack-Spell Block. We're almost max block now!

13) Percentages of DPS increases are added to each item in Even Further Upgrades section. Aul's Uprising is removed as after Flesh and Stone's mana reservation increase, we can't use Herald of Purity along with it anymore. This lowered DPS increase to %2.7 and surely not worth it's price and stat managements needed. We can still hit 15m Shaper DPS.
12) On Meta Gear, Vulnerability on Hit is moved from left ring to Haemophilia gloves as implicit and it's effectiveness is increased from %32 to %48. This lowered cost of the ring and thanks to this it's now a Steel Ring instead of a Two-Stone. Also with the departure of Vulnerability, we have 1 free suffix on that ring which can be resist or attack speed. Attack speed is added there. DPS of Meta Gear is increased by %5.7 and life is increased from 6.9k to 7.0k, without an increase to total cost. [07.05.2021]
11) After drop in it's price, Anomalous Blood Rage is removed from Even Further Upgrades section and added to Meta Gear. This allows us to have Frenzy charges on bosses and benefit from Outmatch and Outlast ascendancy's damage bonus. Now we have up to %27 more DPS on bosses! This costed us %1.2 DPS loss when clearing because of switching from default quality. [04.05.2021]
10) Lifetap support is lowered to level 1. This allowed us to gain Lifetap for 7 seconds on Required Gear and 4 seconds on Meta Gear after casting Blood Rage and Berserk each time. This is a small update, but will be good especially on bosses. [02.05.2021]
9) Added a showcase/guide video including all Ultimatum types. [30.04.2021]
8) Rumi's Concoction is added to the build in place of Sulphur flask and optional flasks part is removed once again because we only have Basalt to swap now and we need it. After testing Rumi's Concoction for a long time, it turned out that increase from %51-%51 to %71-%71 block is huge, much better than earlier increases and completely worth the DPS loss(%3.6 on Required Gear and %3.4 on Meta Gear). [28.04.2021]
7) Crafting info on Meta Gear axe is updated. [28.04.2021]
6) Rumi's Concoction is added to Flasks part in Gear and Gems section. It is also added to League Specific Info section. It's good to use Rumi's in Ultimatum encounters. It increases our block to %71-%71 Attack-Spell block. [21.04.2021]
5) Optional flasks are added back. Anti-curse is moved to Sulphur flask and Anti-freeze is moved to Basalt flask. Sulphur flask is moved to the middle. This is because we will be changing Sulphur flask instead of Basalt from now on as we lost a little physical damage reduction in change number 27 in 3.13. [21.04.2021]
4) League Specific Info section is updated. [21.04.2021]
3) Levelling is updated. Dropped banner skills until Act 6. This is because mana reservation of Flesh and Stone is increased from %25 to %35 this league. Mana management is easier from Act 2 to Act 5 end now. Also levelling is slightly reworked and better now. [21.04.2021]
2) Blood Magic support(which is now Arrogance support) is changed with Lifetap support. [18.04.2021]
1) Recent Pob update reduced DPS of Required Gear by %2.0 and Meta Gear by %1.2. Couldn't figure out the reason. [18.04.2021]

3.13:

In total, this league DPS of Required Gear is increased by %22.3 and Meta Gear by %22.0. Block chance is increased from %29-%0 Attack-Spell Block to %51-%51! Also with the additions made to Even Further Upgrades section, it's now possible to hit 15m Shaper DPS!

28) Unnatural Instinct is removed from Even Further Upgrades section as we used to refund Soul of Steel and 2 more nodes for it. We don't have Soul of Steel anymore and don't have points worth spending for it. [14.04.2021]
27) Refunded Soul of Steel and strength node leading to it in place of 3 life nodes and 2 nodes for %20 bleed chance. This bleed chance was needed for the explosions on Haemophilia. Life is increased from 5.7k to 5.9k on Required Gear and 6.7k to 6.9k on Meta Gear. Physical Damage Reduction is reduced from %86 to %80 on Required Gear and %84 to %79 on Meta Gear. Also today's changes reduced DPS of Meta Gear by %3.6 and reduced cost of Meta Gear a lot. [14.04.2021]
26) Changed chest armor on Meta Gear with Belly of The Beast as we will be having our explosions from Haemophilia. [14.04.2021]
25) After the nerf of explody mod on chests, changed Meta Gear gloves with Heamophilia. This will be our source of explosion from now on. This made us lose "Socketed Gems have %X More Attack and Cast Speed" mod we used our Leap setup. This slowed down Leap speed by a significant amount. But this mod was mostly there for reaching extreme speeds of Leap and made us lose only a little bit of clear speed. It was also considered unnecessary by some people on this thread before. [14.04.2021]
24) Crafted mods on helms on both Required and Meta Gears are changed with "+1 to Level of Socketed AoE Gems" + "%10 increased Area of Effect". Today's changes increased DPS of Required Gear by %2.7 and Meta Gear by %5.6. AoE is increased as well. We also hit 4m Shaper DPS on Required Gear and 9m Shaper DPS on Meta Gear(Berserk disabled) [31.03.2021]
23) Rare jewels in both Required and Meta Gears are changed with ones having two attack speed mods. [31.03.2021]
22) On Meta Gear, regular Ancestral Protector is changed with Phantasmal Ancestral Protector. [31.03.2021]
21) A new video named Elder Guardians in Maven Arena is added to Videos From You section. Thanks Horken007! [31.03.2021]
20) A new video named Sirus A9 Deathless is added to Videos From You section. Thanks Horken007! [27.03.2021]
19) Divergent Multistrike is added to Meta Gear. Looks like I missed this in Heist league. This increased DPS of Meta Gear by %1.7. [18.03.2021]
18) Levelling is overally improved and adapted to Multiple Totems update. Especially earlier acts and all bosses are much easier now. [15.03.2021]
17) Soul Catcher is removed from optional flasks as now we use Vaal Ancestral Warchief more for buffing ourself than damaging coupled with Ancestral Protector. Both of these totems still damage good, just not worth using a Soul Catcher. [13.03.2021]
16) Enhance on Blood Rage is changed with Blood Magic. This granted us free cast of Blood Rage and Berserk without waiting for mana to fill up. This lowered DPS of Required Gear by %1.1 and Meta Gear by %1.5. [13.03.2021]
15) Vaal Ancestral Warchief setup is changed. Instead of supports Brutality and Melee Physical Damage, we now have Multiple Totems and Ancestral Protector. This increased DPS of both Required and Meta Gear by %28! Running The Build section is updated accordingly. Don't forget to check it out! [13.03.2021]
14) A Maven fight video is added to Videos From You section. Thanks WalrusA! [09.03.2021]
13) All passive trees in Passive Trees section are improved for recent block change, also with minor improvements. [08.03.2021]
12) Recent Pob update with Culling Strike calculation increased Meta Gear DPS by %11.1. [05.03.2021]
11) Added Rage Trick to Running The Build section. Bosses will be faster from now on. [03.03.2021]
10) Recent Pob update reduced DPS of Meta Gear by %1.8 for dunno what reason. [22.02.2021]

~~ECHOES OF THE ATLAS UPDATE~~ [08.02.2021]
With Echoes of The Atlas update, block chance is increased from %29-%0 Attack-Spell Block to %51-%51. This is a huge increase in terms of survivability! This costed us %8.2 DPS and 0.3k life on Meta Gear, %6.3 DPS and 0.3k life on Required Gear. DPS losses won't be much of a problem since we already increased DPS by %21.6 on Required Gear and %26.8 on Meta Gear last league. Overally, build will perform much better in Echoes of The Atlas expansion. Required Gear cost stays same, while Meta Gear cost is slightly increased.

9) Chaos resist is added to both gears. -%30 on Required Gear, +%5 on Meta Gear.
8) A Watcher's Eye having "12% chance to deal Double Damage while using Pride" is added to Required Gear to deal with reduced DPS and also to use remaining currencies from Haemophilia change.
7) An Belly of The beast is changed with an explody chest on Meta Gear and rare gloves are changed with Haemophilia on Required Gear to grant explosion back.
6) Red Storm is changed with Swagger on passive tree.
5) Blood in The Eyes and Gratuitous Violence ascendancies are changed with Painforged and Versatile Combatant.
4) Alternate support gems Anomalous Lacerate, Divergent Fortify support, Divergent Rage Support and Anomalous CWDT are added to the build on Meta Gear.
~~ECHOES OF THE ATLAS UPDATE~~ [08.02.2021]

3) A new video named Sirus A8 Deathless is added to Videos From You section. Thanks Erik_Morkai! [31.01.2021]
2) There's a new option in Configurations in Pob, "Do you have Soul Gain Prevention?". This is enabled on both gears. This increased Required Gear DPS by %5.5 and Meta Gear DPS by %5.1. [13.01.2021]
1) Pob links and passive tree links are updated. [13.01.2021]

3.12:

13) A new video named Catarina mlv.83 on Xbox is added to newly created Videos From You section. Thanks demonardvarks! Also 16th League Lab Ladder Run video is moved there.[09.01.2021]
12) Martial Prowess is removed from Meta Gear cluster jewel. This is because that cluster with 3-mods was getting rarer to find on trade each league, started being more expensive than it was before and also crafting it is hard. This reduced Meta Gear's cost by an important amount, losing only %2.5 DPS. Also old 3-mod cluster is moved to Even Further Upgrades section. [30.12.2020]
11) Added a new video named "Al-Hezmin Kill(T16 Aw.8) [24.12.2020]
10) Levelling trees 40, 50, and 60 are changed for maximizing bleed chance earlier for bleed explosions, matching recently changed levelling. [30.11.2020]
9) Levelling of the build is completely changed. Now we're levelling with Frost Blades, changing to Bladestorm at Act 3 and finally changing to Lacerate at Act 9. Now it's a lot faster, easier and safer to level. This is improved and adapted version of Tytykiller's melee levelling guide. [30.11.2020]
8) Added a new video named "Simulacrum on Heavy Mods (A Safe Playing Guide)". [23.11.2020]

~~META GEAR UPDATE~~ [02.11.2020]
With Meta Gear update, DPS of Meta Gear is increased by %7.1, and life is increased from 6.6k to 7.0k with overall cost reduced and it's also easier to obtain now!

7) Awakened Melee Physical Damage Support is added to the build. This increased DPS a lot, also slightly increased Meta Gear cost.
6) "Overwhelm %15 Physical Damage Reduction" mod on Stygian Vise is changed with %12 Increased Maximum Life mod. This increased life and reduced cost of Meta Gear, also Life mod is easier to obtain than Overwhelm mod. A new belt is added to Even Further Upgrades section.
5) Soul Taker having physical damage implicit is removed and changed with a Soul Taker not having a corrupted implicit. This made obtaining Meta Gear items easier and reduced Meta Gear cost. Soul Taker with corrupted implicit is moved to Even Further Upgrades section.
4) T3 Talisman is removed from Meta Gear and changed with a rare amulet. This made amulet on Meta Gear much easier to obtain and reduced cost because of needing several same amulets to hit the needed %Increased Damage mod on talisman. Talisman is moved to Even Further Upgrades section.
~~META GEAR UPDATE~~ [02.11.2020]

3) Added a new section named "Even Further Upgrades" under Meta Gear for the people who wants to drive the build further than Meta Gear. Added many items there. Also some of the items(Soul Taker with implicit and talisman) are moved there to make Meta Gear obtainable easier. This section will not have a Pob link, just ideas to improve the build further. And they add a ton of DPS! [02.11.2020]
2) Thread of Hope is added to the build and necessary adjustments to passive trees are done. Amulet anointment is changed with Discipline and Training. DPS of Required Gear is increased by %21.6, Meta Gear by %19.7 with 0.1k life loss on each! [30.10.2020]
1) Pob links and Poeurl.com links are updated. [16.09.2020]

3.11:

16) Awakened Brutality Support is added to Meta Gear in place of Brutality support. DPS is increased by %2.4, but more importantly it grants %10 more Overwhelm Physical Damage Reduction at a low cost difference. Now we have %63 Overwhelm in total that can go up to %67 with a T1 belt mod. [04.08.2020]
15) New version of Community Pob added new calculation for Pride. Now there is Initial Effect and Maximum Effect for it in configurations. Default was Initial after the update, changed it to maximum. This increased DPS of both gears by %16.8. Pob links are updated. [16.07.2020]
14) Added a video showcasing Required Gear on a T16 Defiled Cathedral map. [14.07.2020]
13) Added Berserk to Meta Gear which gives huge damage boost and very useful on bosses. It replaced Increased Duration on Blood Rage. This inflated DPS heavily and created unqeuality between 2 gears. For this reason, I disabled Berserk on Meta Gear Pob. When you're comparing DPS, don't forget to do this yourself. [14.07.2020]
12) Changed Required Gear cluster jewel with a new cheap one having Feed The Fury and Martial Prowess. From now on, Required Gear cluster won't have Bloodscent, because it turned out to be so expensive for Required Gear even after 3.11.1 patch. This made Required Gear lose %6.5 DPS. Also, Required Gear(no cluster) version is removed from Pob links since it's not needed anymore. [14.07.2020]
11) Switched Oak with 2 passives. Got Inexorable to be able to generate endurance charges on bosses, more armor and also to replace life regeneration on Oak, at the cost of 1 more life node after 2 passives change. Changed major god from Lunaris to Solaris for better bossing. Best outcome of these changes is now we get endurance charges on bosses which gives %12 additional physical damage reduction(becomes %18 with Solaris change), and also Required Gear's Physical Damage Reduction is increased from %85 to %87, Meta Gear's is increased from %84 to %86. DPS of Required Gear is reduced by %3.6 and Meta Gear by %1.6. Life is reduced a little as well, but it was more than intended and is exactly where I want now. In short, we'll do better on bosses now. [11.07.2020]
10) Bloodlust support on Vaal Ancestral Warchief is changed with Brutality. This increased Vaal Ancestral Warchief DPS by %17.3 on Required Gear and %13.7 on Meta Gear. Bossing will be better from now on. [05.07.2020]
9) Ruthless support on Lacerate is changed with Brutality and Taste of Hate flask is changed with a Basalt flask, having anti-curse. Unholy Might is removed from Meta Gear abyssal jewel. Also, Meta Gear talisman is changed with one having "27% Increased Damage" instead of "Gain 10% of Physical Damage as Extra Damage of a random Element" implicit as before. These changes are because with Brutality, we can't deal elemental damage. They also reduced cost. Required Gear DPS is increased by %8.8 and Physical Damage Reduction is increased from %75 to %85. On Meta Gear, DPS is increased by %4.9 and Physical Damage Reduction is increased from %75 to %84. Now I can say that build is adapted from Sunder to Lacerate completely. [04.07.2020]
8) Intimidating Cry is removed as it created problems for some players. Call to Arms keystone is removed as well. This reduced DPS of Required Gear by %4.3 and Meta Gear by %6.1, but build is easier to play now. [02.07.2020]
7) Removed Cold Resistance from Required Gear belt. This made it a 2-resist belt and reduced it's cost. [30.06.2020]
6) Removed Intelligence from Required Gear amulet. This reduced it's cost. [30.06.2020]
5)"Gain %X of Physical Damage As Chaos Damage" mod is removed from Required Gear weapon. Also moved Dexterity from weapon to right ring as we don't need that much intelligence after the removal of Concentrated Effect gem. These reduced weapon cost. [30.06.2020]
4) Changed Concentrated Effect with Ruthless on Lacerate. This made our Area of Effect much better which resulted in faster clear speed at the cost of some dps. Also, since Concentrated Effect had high Intellligence cost which we had to get on items, now cost of both gears lowered, especially Required Gear. DPS of Required Gear is lowered by %4.5 and DPS of Meta Gear is lowered by %5.2. [30.06.2020]
3) Changed a Strength node with a Dexterity node connected to the jewel socket next to Golem's Blood on Passive Tree. This is a small change, but every bit of Dexterity is important for us to be able to reduce them more on our gear.[29.06.2020]
2) On Passive Tree, area of effect nodes on Splitting Strikes is changed with Call to Arms to make Intimidating Cry instant. [27.06.2020]
1) Intimidating Cry is added to the build. This increased DPS of Required Gear by %4.3 and Meta Gear by %6.1 only with Intimidate. We're also getting good Overwhelm Physical Damage Reduction and 2 exerted attacks. It replaced Increased Duration on Blood Rage, which lowered it's duration from 19 seconds to 11 seconds. This is not a problem, 11 seconds is enough on clear and we need to keep on replacing it on bosses that take long. [27.06.2020]

ABOUT THE BUILD:

Lacerman build is a combination of easiness to play and being able to do all endgame content at a high efficiency thanks to it's fast clearspeed and bossing capability. It’s an all-round build designed to do your daily stuff like mapping, delving, simulacrum, uber labs, endgame bosses, etc. efficiently. It's also very easy to manage, a complete beginner friendly build. Even if you haven’t played Path of Exile before, you’ll have no problems managing this build in short time.

Build is mainly based on clearing huge packs of monsters both as fast and easy as possible, using Leap and Lacerate. Attack speed on everywhere possible makes us travel fast with Leap and turn Lacerate into a machinegun, then blast the whole screen with Lacerate’s huge aoe and explosions combined. Our Lacerate auto-aims as well with Multistrike, so no need to even target! Then Soul Taker on offhand makes attack skills don’t spend any mana, which allows us to completely forget about what mana is and also allows us to fill up our mana reserve with buffs. As well we use Vaal Ancestral Warchief and Ancestral Protector totems to buff us while bossing, doing high delirious maps and also whenever extra damage is needed.

Note: All videos are still viable. For videos that are made in 3.11 and 3.12, there are no big changes from 3.11 to 3.14 to the build(only %2.5 DPS nerf in 3.13 to Meta Gear, %3.6 DPS nerf and some Leap speed loss to Meta Gear in 3.14). Only I have to note that DPS is hugely improved on both gears since 3.11 videos' releases, defenses are improved a lot with huge increase in block(from %29-%0 to %71-%71 Attack and Spell block), also aoe is increased by a significant amount. You can see these increases in pinned comment of each video.

Note: All the videos are still viable. Only left ring in Maven video is not craftable anymore. Explody chests used in 3.13 videos are also not craftable but they are already replaced with Belly of The Beast and Haemophilia for explosions with %3.6 DPS loss. This is also total DPS loss of Meta Gear in 3.14.

IMPORTANT:
• If you are getting an error when directly importing Pastebin link to Pob; first open pastebin link on a web browser. Click clone on top then copy the whole text. Then paste the copied text to the box on the left side of "Import from Pastebin", where it says "To import a build, enter the code here:". This should work without problems.
• When comparing DPS, import your character onto Required Gear Pob so all the configurations I made in Pob will be applied to your character(If you have Bloodscent on your cluster jewel, you need to type in your Rage in configurations, which is 50 by default, goes up to 65 with Rage nodes we get on Passive Tree). Also, if you have Awakened Melee Physical Damage, you need to click the checkbox next to "Is the enemy Intimidated" in configurations. You will see your correct DPS this way. Don't forget to click the checkbox "Delete Skills" when importing Items and Skills so they won't override.
• Berserk on Meta Gear inflates DPS heavily and creates unequality between two gears, so don't forget to disable that when comparing DPS(In Skills section, click the checkbox on the right side of Berserk and remove the tick). It is also disabled on Meta Gear Pob here by default.
• Original Pob still calculates Multistrike wrong and doesn't calculate Impale DPS. Use Community Fork Pob for correct numbers about Multistrike and full Impale support:

PANTHEON:

Major God: Solaris
Minor God: Ryslatha

GEAR AND GEMS:

1) Required Gear(cheap, can do most content) and it’s Gem Setup:

Please read this one first before reading next one(Meta Gear version).

Spoiler

On main hand we need an axe that has 400+ physical dps and also having high attacks per second(at least 1.60). Global Critical Strike Multiplier mod is not needed here.

We need Soul Taker on off-hand to be able to use Leap and Lacerate indefinitely thanks to "Insufficient mana doesn't prevent your melee attacks" mod, also to fill mana reserve with Blood and Sand, Pride, Arctic Armor and Dread Banner.

We’re gonna use a rare helm having life and then required resists. Our enchant needs to be "Blood Rage grants additional %12 Increased Attack Speed". Easiest way to obtain a helm like this is to buy a Royal Burgonet, Eternal Burgonet, Lion's Pelt or Sinner Tricorne having the helm enchant, then craft on it. If going for a pure lab build we need Devoto's Devotion here for even more attack speed to Leap.

We need a 6-link Belly of the Beast and run Lacerate on it. We need Belly because we basically need all the affixes it has, but mostly for high life. We can use a 5-link until we get a 6-link and don't use Fortify gem until we get a 6-link.

Here we need Haemophilia gloves for explosions. Don't forget to cap levels of your gems in your CWDT setup here like this: Cast While Damage Taken(lv3) - Immortal Call(lv5) - Vulnerability(lv7) - Increased Duration(lv20).

For boots we need needed 2 resist mods, movement speed and life. We also need the enchant "Increased Attack and Cast Speed If You've Killed Recently" because we'll be constantly leaping and killing. As for the crafted mod, we need "Non-Vaal Skills Deal %60 Increased Damage During Soul Gain prevention"(Syndicate mod) so this way we have %60 more damage when our Vaal Ancestral Warchief is active, 6 seconds in total), which is a good improvement for Lacerate when killing bosses.

Here we need to have life, needed resists and then craft %Increased Damage on it.

For rings we need physical damage and life on both rings, and then needed resists. And then craft %Increased Damage on at least one of them. You can also craft attack speed for the second if you don't have a place for a prefix. Don't forget to use Abrasive Catalysts on your rings to increase damage. Here, %Increased Mana Regeneration Rate on first ring is not needed.

On neck we need a rare amulet having physical damage, life with "%Increased Global Physical Damage" or "%Increased Melee Damage" as crafted mod depending on the situation of prefixes and suffixes. Anointment needs to be Discipline and Training. Fire Damage to Attacks mod is not needed. Here we can also get a Carnage Heart for cheap until we can get a rare amulet like this one.

We need double attack speed mods and life on jewels. Here we can also get one with Increased Attack Speed While Dual Wielding. It's best to have one with "Corrupted Blood Cannot Be Inflicted On You" implicit for Sirus fight. And a Watcher's Eye having "12% chance to deal Double Damage while using Pride" mod. For cluster jewel, we need an 8 passive one having Feed The Fury, Martial Prowess and 2 jewel sockets. Also we need a Thread of Hope with Large radius and -10 or -11 to All Elemental Resistances. Please check Passive Tree in Required Gear's Path of Building link up above to see how this cluster jewel and Thread of Hope here are applied.

2) Meta Gear(more expensive, where it gets crazy. Can do all content) and it’s Gem Setup:

It's mostly same with the cheap version having higher dps, more life, better and different items, better min/maxing, Vulnerability on Hit, Culling Strike, better Watcher's Eye, alternate quality gems and some more differences. So I'll just tell the differences here other than telling the setup right from the beginning.

Spoiler

A main hand weapon here with higher physical damage(500pDPS or higher) and Culling Strike as Elder mod. Here we put CWDT setup to main hand weapon because Vulnerability goes to gloves as "on hit", meaning it will be applied permanently instead of when being hit so we remove Vulnerability gem. Also we move leap to gloves. Soul Taker on off-hand is the same. Here we also change Increased Duration on Blood Rage with Berserk. We generate our Rage through Bloodscent on cluster jewel and also from Divergent Rage support on Leap.

Here is how to craft this weapon:
Spoiler
This axe is best crafted on a Siege Axe because of the base attack speed it has. Our base needs to be Elder influenced for the Culling Strike mod and also ilvl83+. Spam Jagged fossil until you get T1/T2 Flat physical damage, T1/T2 % physical damage, Culling Strike and Attack Speed. If one is missing, add it on crafting bench. If Attack Speed is missing, craft Attack Speed + Quality. If you get a 6-mod item, use annulment orb first to be able to do this. You can also use Multimod if 2 mods are missing and have space for 3 mods. Corrupt to %30 Quality via beastcraft or do %28 Hillock craft in Syndicate as final touch. Here if you get a nice one but still not good enough for you, you can sell it and start on a new base for profit.

Same helm as Required Gear, only having "Nearby Enemies Take %9 Increased Physical Damage" elder mod as extra. This mod is important since our damage is pure physical. We'll be needing an Elder influenced Royal Burgonet, Eternal Burgonet, Lion's Pelt or Sinner Tricorne being ilvl85+. Please ignore "+2 to Level of Socketed Aura Gems" mod as it only increases DPS by %1 and needs essence crafting. I also removed it from Path of Building. Also, %Increased Stun and Block Recovery mod is not needed.

Same. Please check Even Further Upgrades section for a rare chest we need to make to be able to use some DPS boosting items there.

Same with Vulnerability on Hit implicit. Here Vulnerability goes to "on hit" from CWDT setup, which gives permanent Vulnerability. If you somehow can't find a Haemophilia with this implicit like let's say at the end of a league, you can also get it on rings, like this one.

Here we have Two-Toned boots to be able to get some resists from the implicit, then pick two needed resists, life and movement speed and craft "Non-Vaal skills deal %60 increased damage during soul gain prevention" mod on it.

Stygian instead of Rustic Sash here and an Abyssal Jewel inside it. Same life and needed resists with better rolls. Also %10 life(%12 with Fertile Catalysts) as a further improvement.

Rings having attack speed, better rolls and increased damage crafted on both or attack speed on one depending on availability of a prefix or suffixes. Here we can get/craft Essence of Contempt crafted rings to be able to have 11-17 Physical Damage to attacks instead of regular 9-15 max roll. Don't forget to use Abrasive Catalysts on your rings to increase damage.

Same rare amulet with better rolls/mods, this time with All Attributes. Global Critical Strike Multiplier is not needed here.

Here we'll use 4-mod jewels with a damage mod added compared to Required Gear's jewels. It can be Increased Melee Damage or Increased Area Damage as both give same increase. It can also be Increased Damage, it gives a little lower increase. Also, one of the attack speed mods can be "Increased Attack Speed While Dual Wielding". It's best to have one with "Corrupted Blood Cannot Be Inflicted On You" implicit for Sirus fight. For the Stygian Vise, we need an Abyss Jewel like this(Stun mod is not needed). We also need to change Watcher's Eye to one having "Impales You Inflict Lasts 2 Additional Hits While Using Pride" mod. For cluster jewel, we need to upgrade to one having Bloodscent and Feed the Fury on an 8 passive jewel. And we need Thread of Hope again here with Large Radius and -10 or -11 to Maximum Elemental Resistances. Please check Passive Tree in Meta Gear's Path of Building link up above to see how this cluster jewel and Thread of Hope here are applied.

3) Even Further Upgrades(For people who wants to drive the build further than Meta Gear):

This part is for the people who wants to drive Meta Gear even further and reach perfection. This part won't have a Pob and will bring crazy DPS improvement!

Spoiler

We will be needing a rare chest like this to be able to maintain resists while using Ryslatha's Coil in this section. To craft this chest, first we need to buy a base with Guatelitzi mod(Temple item), which is "+(110-119) to maximum Life" and
"(8-10)% increased maximum Life". Don't forget to set Item Rarity to Magic under Type Filters. Then we need to turn it to rare by regaling and then annul to remove that mod and hope for Guatelitzi to stay. Imprint beast can be done before this depending on the price of Astral Plate bases having Guatelitzi mod and cost of imprinting. After that aug defense and then remove/add defense in Harvest until you get the hybrid life mod. After that we need to do Keep Prefixes, Reroll Suffixes in Harvest until we get good resists, obviously higher rolls than here. Lastly, we can fine tune resists by remove/add of that specific element in Harvest. Here if you can't find an Astral Plate with Guatelitzi mod(let's say at the end of a league), you can go for a high armor base too.

Soul Taker with "% Chance to Fortify on Melee Hit" corrupted implicit. This way we can switch Fortify with Pulverise on Lacerate while still having perma-Fortify. Brings around %6 more DPS to Meta Gear.

A belt with both "%Increased Maximum Life" and "+X to Maximum Life" mods, also with "Overwhelm %x Physical Damage Reduction(up to %15)" mod. We also support this with Splitting Strike passive tree node, Awakened Brutality Support and Impale Support reaching up to a total of "Overwhelm %67 Physical Damage Reduction(with %15 roll on the belt mod). Here we can also get Ryslatha's Coil for huge dps boost at the cost of %life and resists. Make sure you have at least 5.9k life with it. Also it's best to use Fertile catalysts to get the most out of life. This will make managing resists hard, but won't be a problem with rare chest in this section. Brings around %14 DPS increase to Meta Gear with max roll at the cost of 0.3k life.

A 3-mod cluster jewel with Martial Prowess added. It brings around %2 more DPS to Meta Gear. I'd only get this if I found one for cheap.

A Watcher's Eye with double Pride mod. Here for an even better double mod, get "12% chance to deal Double Damage while using Pride" along with "Impales you inflict last 2 additional Hits while using Pride". I suggest buying this as your last upgrade because of prices. Double Damage ones are even more expensive. One here brings around %5 DPS increase to Meta Gear while Double Damage one brings around %12 DPS increase.

Awakened Multistrike support. Brings around %2 more DPS to Meta Gear.

4) Flasks:

These will be our flasks from start to the end.

Spoiler

Use of life flasks: When we need instant low amount life recovery we use first flask, when we get a heavy damage and life goes too low we use Blood of the Karui as a panic button. This strategy is especially efficient on tough endgame bosses. Here our Divine life flask needs to have "Bubbling" mod to be able to do the instant recovery part.

RUNNING THE BUILD:

On my setup, flasks buttons 345 are changed with buttons WER, Blood Rage is on T, Ancestral Protector is on Y, Leap is on Q and life flask buttons(1-2) are right on top of them. Also Berserk is on middle mouse button. For utility flasks, default 345 buttons here stay far a little and makes us lose time because we activate all utility flasks approximately each 5 seconds continuously. Blood and Sand is on button 3 for stance change. Pride, Arctic Armour and Dread Banner is on second skill set on buttons WER so we just press Ctrl+WER to activate these 3 buffs fast after dying. For Dread Banner, we just carry it as a buff, no placement needed.

When running the build, we start with activating Blood Rage(T), then forget it. Then we start leaping and when we find a pack we press buttons WER(or 345 if you didn't change) in a row before Lacerating them so our utility flasks will be activated. We can press WER right before each big pack one time without counting or checking our buffs, because our flasks will fill up right after we kill them. Then we keep on Leaping and Lacerating until we find the next pack. You'll get used to this in a short time and your flasks will be up all the time at that point when clearing. We need to be in Sand Stance for Blood and Sand when clearing to be able to generate Challenger charges.

For bosses, we’ll first be activating Blood Rage and placing Ancestral Protectors at the same time, then place Vaal Ancestral Warchiefs, then cast Berserk if have Meta Gear cluster and start Lacerating. We need to place Ancestral Protectors close to boss(2-3 meters distance max) because they strike close range unlike Vaal Ancestral Warchief which travel. Of course, we need to be close to them to get their buff as well, same goes for Vaal Ancestral Warchiefs. We need to keep on replacing Ancestral Protectors when they disappear each 12 seconds together with Blood Rage(11 seconds with Meta Gear gem setup). So it's better to place these two to side by side buttons on keyboard and press them together each time. We also need to keep on placing Vaal Ancestral Warchiefs after all souls fill up(when it says 2 on it). Some bosses spawn monsters so our souls fill up easily but some bosses don’t so it fills up slower. We can also place Vaal Ancestral Warchiefs at specific points on endgame bosses that take long like hard nucleus phases in Maven fight. We can also place both regular Ancestral Warchief and Ancestral Protector at the same time for even more DPS when Vaal Ancestral Warchief is down, but this can get tricky for some people. For Berserk on multi-phase bosses, either activate it on the hardest phase or the last phase. We need to be in Blood Stance for Blood and Sand when doing bosses to be able to generate Challenger charges.

Rage Trick: Link Hydrosphere(lv1), Chain Hook(lv1) and Lifetap support(lv20) on an axe in inactive weapon set. Cast Hydrosphere and fire Chain Hook on it until it disappears then recast Hydrosphere again and fire again. It will take couple Hydrosphere casts to max out Rage. This way, you can fill up rage before fighting bosses or starting high delirious maps. Many endgame bosses like Sirus becomes faster and easier with this trick.

For Uber Labs, we need Silver Flask in the middle. Just leap and don't Lacerate anything. Our leap kills will be enough to keep Challenger Charges at maximum all the time when running at a fast pace. Don't forget to activate Blood Rage each room as it resets. Traps will be painless most of the time because of our high physical damage reduction and fast Leap when passing them. If out of potions, find a safe place and Rhyslatha will fill them up. We can also get Bloodgrip amulet to make traps less painful and for better recovery from flasks. For a pure lab build, use Devoto's Devotion as helm and get Meta Gear gloves.

For Legion encounters, we need to place Vaal Ancestral Warchief totems at start and keep on Leaping and Lacerating frozen mobs. Totems will follow us around while damaging frozen mobs and activating them for 6 seconds. After 6 seconds end, we need to cast Berserk. This way, we will have 6 more seconds(if Rage is full) with another damage buffing skill, making 12 seconds in total. A Legion Encounter is 15 seconds. After frozen mobs are activated, we need to place Vaal Ancestral Warchief as soon as it fills up and clear them all. Berserk won't be necessary when DPS is high enough.

For Blight Encounters and Blighted Maps, assuming you already have ring anointments; we need to put chilling towers close to spawn points and lots of fireball towers where they meet each other on the way. Chilling towers will slow them at spawn points a little where we can just blast them when we're close to a spawn point before they even start running. Also don't upgrade fireball towers more than level 3 because of "Fireball Towers Fire an Additional 8 Projectiles" anointment. Put empowering tower in between many fireball towers to make them even stronger. We also need to keep on placing Vaal Ancestral Warchief as most as we can, since it fills up in seconds in Blighted maps. We need to place Ancestral Protector along with Vaal Ancestral Warchief when fighting with bosses.

For Heists, build does pretty good job in Heists, especially escaping part where many have problems dying.

Getting to the artifact: We just Leap and Lacerate like in a normal map and open as most chest as we can before alarm is triggered. Get the artifact before alarm triggers and place goes into lockdown. Remember that we can always backtrack for opening chests if there is still some alarm level left when we're at the artifact room. It's good to get "Reduced alarm rate and Reduced alarm rate while opening chests" mods on our allies' items.

Escaping: Right after you get the artifact, start Leaping and don't kill any enemies until you reach the entrance and escape. Only kill enemies if you need to unlock a door or disarm a trap, where there won't be many enemies and we can kill them in a second. Our leaps stun full life enemies, and our Leap speed becomes fast enough for heists when we reach red maps, then gets to a crazy level later in game. We will need to use life flasks, but not too much. Key part here is to leap as fast as possible without stopping. This way we also avoid unnecessary fighting time and just reap the rewards.

For Rituals, we need to place our Ancestral Protector, then Vaal Ancestral Warchiefs right after starting a Ritual then start Lacerating. Our vaal souls will fill up really fast after Soul Gain Prevention ends so we can cast them again in a really short time. 2 sets of Vaal Ancestral Warchiefs are enough to end most Rituals fast, sometimes a third might be needed.

LEVELLING:

Complete Step-by-Step Levelling Guide:
Spoiler
Here’s a spreadsheet about trial locations and quests to skip before we go. Keep this and first levelling tree(0 to 40) open before starting:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CfPlAO8Q6LR6Z2lhURi_j683WdnbhU6S79mGpWAscWI/edit#gid=0

Act 1: Buy Frost Blades from Nessa after you kill Hillock. We’re going to use Frost Blades for clear and Double Strike for single targets. Buy a Paua Amulet for mana regeneration(we will need this until we get Life and Mana Leech on passive tree) and also craft movement speed boots as soon as you can. Pick up 3-colored items and sell them for chromatic orbs for first 2-3 acts. We will need them since we change skills through levelling. Keep on upgrading mana flasks especially until Act 6, we will be using them frequently. Also Magic weapon with added Physical Damage mod recipe will be handy(1 axe, 1 magic or rare Rustic Sash, 1 Blacksmith's Whetstone). Explore every Vaal side area in search of Vaal Ancestral Warchief, also use Vaal orbs that drop on Ancestral Warchief gems to get it. Get Quicksilver Flask and Onslaught Support after Mercy Mission quest, also buy Ruthless and Ancestral Call from Nessa. Link Onslaught and Ancestral Call with Frost Blades, also Ruthless with Double Strike. Get Dash, War Banner and Ancestral Protector after Breaking Some Eggs quest. We will be using Ancestral Protector on bosses. Also get Blood and Sand and start levelling it in second weapon set(or somewhere on gear). Use Dash coupled with Quicksilver flask for movement. Get Leap Slam and Maim after The Caged Brute quest. Link Maim with with Double Strike. Change Leap Slam with Dash and keep on using Quicksilver Flask as a support. Get Lacerate after Siren’s Cadence quest and start levelling it in second weapon set(or somewhere on gear). Make sure your level is 13 and life is 250 or higher before killing act boss.

Act 2: Try to get Life and Mana Leech first on passive tree here. Start by going right to Old Fields to do Intruders in Black quest. Get Blood Rage, Herald of Purity and Flesh and Stone after Intruders in Black quest. Keep Flesh and Stone in Sand Stance while clearing and Blood Stance while bossing. Drop War Banner. Get Faster Attacks, and Melee Physical Damage after Sharp and Cruel quest. Link Faster Attacks with Leap Slam and change Melee Physical Damage with Maim on Double Strike. Keep levelling Maim in second weapon set(or somewhere on gear). Here, also get another Melee Physical Damage and Close Combat and level these in second weapon set(or somewhere on gear). Make sure your level is 19 or 20 and life is 500 or higher before killing act boss.

Act 3: Get Dread Banner and Pride and start levelling them in second weapon set(or somewhere on gear) after Lost in Love quest. Here get a Praxis unique ring if having mana issues, which you normally shouldn’t. Get Bladestorm after Sever The Right Hand quest. At level 28, switch from Frost Blades to Bladestorm with adding Close Combat and Melee Physical Damage support that were levelling in second weapon set(or somewhere on gear) and also Onslaught as 4th link. From now on, playstyle will have to change a little from shooting enemies at short distance to firing while being at the center of everything. But no worries, Bladestorm is even easier than Frost Blades. Buy Arctic Armour from Act 2 and start levelling it in second weapon set(or somewhere on gear). Make sure your level is 29 or 30 and life is 700 or higher before killing act boss.

Act 4: Get your second 4-socketed item, put Double Strike there and add Maim you were levelling in second weapon set(or somewhere on gear). Get Multistrike, Brutality and Multiple Totems after The Eternal Nightmare quest and level them in second weapon set(or somewhere on gear). Do normal lab before killing final boss. Also make sure your level is 35 or 36 and life is 1.0k or higher before killing act boss.

Act 5: At level 38, buy Vaal Ancestral Warchief from trade site and change it with Double Strike. If you checked every Vaal side area and used Vaal orbs that drop on Ancestral Warchief gems, you might have it until now. Link it with Multiple Totems, Ancestral Protector and Maim. From now on, we'll be using both Vaal Ancestral Warchief and Ancestral Protector on bosses and then Bladestorm them. If you don't have or can't buy Vaal Ancestral Warchief yet, get regular Ancestral Warchief instead and link it with Multiple Totems. You can buy Vaal Ancestral Warchief later. Get Silver Flask after The Key to Freedom quest and replace it with Quicksilver flask(we won’t need this anymore as leap speed is fast enough), also replace Onslaught with Brutality on Bladestorm. Once you get Slaughter node from passive tree, change Silver Flask. Make sure your level is 40 or 41 and life is 1.4k or higher before killing act boss.

Act 6: Change Pride and Blood and Sand you were levelling with Herald of Purity and Flesh and Stone, also add Dread Banner you were levelling in second weapon set. Stay in Sand Stance while clearing and Blood Stance while bossing. Buy Increased Duration and link it with Blood Rage. Don't forget to have %50 or more fire resistance as we'll mostly get fire damage this act. Prepare to Leap Slam the whole act as not much levelling is needed here. Change minor god in Pantheon to Ryslatha after beating Puppet Mistress. Make sure your level is 44 or 45 and life is 1.6k or higher before killing act boss.

Act 7-8: Try to buy Haemophilia gloves if you can before getting to level 50. This is the first unique item we need. You can buy it later on if short on currency, no problem. Make sure your level is 49 or 50 and life is 1.8k or more before killing Act 7 final boss. Before starting Act 8, make sure you have 2 good rare axes or craft them. Make sure your level is 54 or 55 and life is 1.8k or more before killing Act 8 boss. Pick Solaris as major god after beating Act 8 boss.

Act 9: Do Cruel Lab. Change Bladestorm with Lacerate you were levelling. Change Close Combat with Multistrike you were levelling. From now on, it’s time to Lacerate! Our play style is going to change a little. From now on, we'll be shooting at things from distance instead of being in the middle of everything and firing. I suggest watching Defiled Cathedral video one time before switching to Lacerate if you haven't used it before. Make sure your level is 58 or 59 and life is 2.4k or higher before killing act boss.

Act 10 and after: Get Sulphur Flask after Safe Passage quest. Make sure your life is at least 2.6k or higher before killing it. After killing Kitava, get gems for CWDT setup from Act 6 and start levelling them to specific levels CWDT(3)+Immortal Call(5)+Vulnerability(7)+Increased Duration(max) and stop levelling at those levels. Also leave Lifetap support at level 1 to be able to gain Lifetap. Also get Endurance Charge on Melee Stun support for Leap Slam. Add Impale as 5th gem to Lacerate and Fortify as 6th gem. Don't forget to overcap your resists to 109 for Elemental Weakness map mod. Also make chaos resist at least %0. Better if around %30.

Fast Levelling Tips:
Spoiler
Here are some tips for fast levelling:

Economy (What To Get):
Act 1: Scroll of Wisdoms(sell Blacksmith Whetstones and Armourer's Scraps / Orb of Transmutation(sell items unidentified)
Act 2: Scroll of Wisdoms(sell Blacksmith Whetstones and Armourer's Scraps / Orb of Alteration(sell items identified)
Act 3+: Scroll of Wisdoms(sell Blacksmith Whetstones and Armourer's Scraps / Orb of Alteration(sell items identified) and after item level 60 do Chaos recipe.

Zone Levels:
Level 1-16: Stay at zone level
Level 16-31: Stay 3-4 levels under zone level
Level 32-47: Stay 4-5 levels under zone level
Level 48-60: Stay 5-6 levels under zone level
Stay at these levels in zones for fastest experience gain and thus fastest levelling. Whenever you reach required level difference, keep skipping monsters by leaping.
Level 54-62: Blood Aqueducts is a good place to fast level and do chaos recipe
Level 90+: Do Beachhead rotas until level 94-95, then do Pure Breachstone rotas until level 100.

That’s all about levelling this build, it's fast and easy. We don't need any specific items for levelling as well, but here are some to make it even faster:

Note: Only use Praxis ring if you still have mana issues until Act 6, then change it with a rare ring.

LEAGUE SPECIFIC INFO:

Ultimatum encounters are hard and rippy. But they will become easier if done right. Good news is, we're pretty good with them!

Strategy: It's best to fire until all the monsters are near us but can't hit, then Leap out from that pack of monsters, keep Lacerating until they come close again and repeat. This is best done leaping in circles close to outer side of Ultimatum circle. Here Leap stuns enemies that are on full life, giving us an easier time. It's really important to stay out of trouble and use Lacerate's range to our advantage whenever possible. When in big trouble, we can stay out of Ultimatum circle for 5 seconds before it fails. Also we need to keep on using Vaal Ancestral Warchief along with Ancestral Protector each time it fills up. Ultimatum video can help:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Jn85tD2O50

What to Pick: Most important thing to notice here is it's much safer to stack on one specific mod other than picking a variety of different mods. Stacking on ground effects like Choking Miasma is recommended as it moves really slow and easy to spot, and we leap around circles targeting where we land. Another easy ground effect is Restless Ground which slows our movement speed, but we leap! Ruin and Stalking Ruin is also easy, just keep leaping. Razor Dance will probably be easy once we have Corrupted Blood immunity on a jewel. Lessened Reach, Less Cooldown Recovery, Unlucky Criticals, Hindering Flasks and Treachorus Auras are other easy ones for us. Limited Arena, Bonus Chaos Damage, Totem ones, Occasional Impotence(lol), Siphoned Charges, Raging Dead and Blistering Cold seem to be the dangerous ones at the moment. Here Raging Dead and Blistering Cold are not as hard as others and can be chosen if there aren't anything better.

What else: For the people struggling with high tier maps, ultimatums in high tiers, there's a method you can use for currency farming until you have better gear and move onto them. Quarry farming! It's basically farming only Ultimatums in Quarry in Act 9 over and over again. Here's a video explaining it in details:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWCXSav2IBw

Here result is 200-250c per hour, there is also another video with 150c per hour both with everything included. It will be boring, but it will help you to upgrade your gear fast.

HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT ME?:

You can support me by sharing your experiences with the build here or ideas to improve the build, and also you can make videos for this guide. These days I can't make new videos for the build thread as I used to in the previous thread because of my schedule being very busy. Can be any kind of video, up to you. At the moment Meta Gear clear speed video is still viable but a bit old, any T16 or higher clear video with Meta Gear stats or higher would be awesome. I will be publishing all videos posted here under Videos From You section only if they don't have bad/sloppy playing. Just make sure your video shows monster level if needed and upload your video to a video sharing site like Youtube. The more videos a guide has, the more informative it becomes to players wanting to play the build. I'm also not accepting any kind of donations like real money or in game currency, so please don't ask. Thanks for all your support since May 2019!

LAST WORDS:

That’s all about Lacerman build. I hope you liked it and will enjoy playing it. I’ll keep on improving the build and will be updating the build guide page as the game evolves with new patches and items, so don't forget to check it from time to time to see possible future changes to the build. All changes made will be listed in Changes Since Release section.

If you see any misinformation or a way to improve the build, please don’t hesitate to post them here. As well if you have any questions about the build, just ask here, I’ll reply.

Special thanks to DiggerNix, Taraeos, KirbYyY and PrimusLightNova for their ideas and support that helped a lot in the making and/or improvement of this build.

GL HF, and Happy Lacerating!

it will be my starter build, i will share my impression during lvling.
Thanks for guide!
hey i have been playing the build more than 4 hours and i think is great but i have a question.

Im alone to take like 1 minute to kill bosses ? like the vaal boss at act 2

the piety boss ( not really killing) so i can ''save'' tolman.

I am level 26

Hi. If bosses are taking too long to kill, just hang on for 2 more levels then you can get Vaal Ancestral Warchief. After that point bossing will become much faster/easier. I tried to check your character but your account is set to private. Weapons are pretty good and should be more than enough though after you get Vaal Ancestral Warchief.

You can also vaal regular Ancestral Warchief gems to get the vaal version. It's obtainable in Act 3 after Sever the Right Hand quest. Your gear looks good. Should get much better in terms of single targets after Vaal Ancestral Warchief addition.

Is there a version of this that doesn't use cluster jewels? The nerfs in attaining them make the barrier to entry very high, as a mediocre cluster jewel will be much more expensive than in Delirium league.

Gonna give the build a shot anyway because I've always liked Lacerate and want to play it again ;)

Build can be played without cluster jewels, no problem. You can simply follow trees listed under passive skill tree section. Those trees are made for levelling and also playing without using a cluster jewel. Cluster jewel trees are in Pob links.

Cluster jewel on required gear is not too hard to craft. And cluster jewel drops are buffed to compensate with delirium not appearing every map, as GGG says. They also stated they want cluster jewels to be used as before, hence they made necessary adjustments. But after some time passes and economy gets settled, we will see what will happen to them and I will make changes to the build if necessary. Meanwhile you can keep playing without cluster jewels.
