Crafting- double corrupt Implicits

I am studying crafting during the past few leagues, but never got any idea how do some ppl get those kind of corrupt body armours with +2 AND +1 socketed gems.
Can anyone tell me how to somehow control vaaling? So far I am aware I am lack in knowledge of Incursion league mechanics (irl issue I skiped Synthesis, Betrayal, Delve and Incursion, which made TONs of changes to crafting system so that HURT a lot!!) It will be also appriciated if someone could tell me a little bit more about "fractured" items. *NOTE: I DO watched a lot of wiki pages and ytb videos, my problem is not what are them, but rather How to manipulate mechanics. e.g.: I know we can use the incursion temple room to double vaal an item, but vaaling itself is so random and risky. SO you cannot simply says: OK take this 6L shavron warpping and do incursion vala you got your +3 corrpution. HOW TO beat that RNG? just grind it? |

"Trying to double corrupt in the temple is just as random as a vaal orb, with the added bonus that one of the outcomes is the item can be straight up destroyed and vanish. Only a Tier 3 Corruption room can do doubles, and there is no method of influencing the results (same as with vaal). And you don't need to be concerned with fractured items. They were part of the Synthesis league and used for synthesized item crafting, but synth crafting was not added into the core game. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

you can somewhat "control" the vaaling outcome by selecting an item with low ilvl. However, even with this method the chance of success is really low.

Ah, yeah, ilvl can at least weed out some of the possible mods from the pool. Always forget that since low ilvl of a lot of things I would vaal are too scarce or nonexistent to worry about it.

"Yeah, for a lot stuff the only way is through turning in div cards on a low lvl char. Or pay a steep price to someone who has done so and opted not to corrupt it themselves. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.
