Wow it worse than old one. It takes 10s to charge it up which is huuuuuge time in poe and loose it after hit? In my opinion is worse than old one. When your life is full you don't need 7% life reg. And you immediately loose it after hit? GGG think please!!

Could give rise to something cool like Eva/Dodge based RF. The old version didn't get any use from what I could tell, so what does it matter regardless? |

its not worse than the old one and on a particular type of character its probably OK, worth a jewel slot ok? Probably not but Ok

What about the part with "10% increased Damage taken"? Is anyone going to miss it?

It's a decent way to counter or recover from a variety of DoT's/non-hit damage effects. RF, Rage, Blood Rage, Golden Rule, Heartbound Loop, etc, etc. The dex side of the tree is really skimpy on life regen, so some dodge/eva builds could get very good use out of it. But I can think of a number of non-dodge/eva builds that can benefit from it nicely as well.
It's a pretty good rework overall, IMO. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

I personally think it's a ton better, though I wish that it would lose the charges on taking damage from a hit, rather than just on hit. You technically get hit when you block if I recall correctly.
