If I understand, you have a friend who has just started playing and you cannot see him in game?
Perhaps because you are playing on a PC, and he is playing on XBox or PS4. |

Invite him to party.
he can right click your icon with mouse to enter your hideout. or just play: enter party and go to same area out of town |
