Do explode on kill effect stacks?

It's really not :)
Nothing that dies can be further hit by anything after it's dead, Mark is just pointing out the obvious, and making it sound stranger than it is :)

If there's several explosions, than every enemy close enough can possibly be hit by all of them. It matters if you have for example CoH HoI, sometimes creeps will die before being cursed (same thing happens if HoI kills them of course).

I have no idea how to know what order the explosions occur though.
