So basically scaling lightning is more effective damage-wise in my experience. That said, we want a bit of cold early on when we use Windripper. If you go for a rare bow it is just not important. Quant > Rarity, even though there are many interesting uniques you can drop in the current meta, so don't neglect rarity too much imo. So I'm currently running the low budget version of this build. I'm farming t3 Tower maps with 3 scarabs. Although it's funny to see all the Loot, it doesn't feel like I make enough currency with it. Hi morghoth. Do u think that using a somewhat medium budget pob/guide (some things it will take a while to get as I don't have much currency atm and things are expensice this stage of the league) I can do tier 14-15 semi juiced (scarabs, maybe 20% deli etc) or this build requires more to be able to run it? I'll work on high budget version of it when we go to std at the end of the league but for now I'll be happy if I can at least run red maps using the medium budget version. For me MF is a lie^^ Just played the low budget version and it was quite fun for the first couple of hours but after that it didn't feel that rewarding. I found 3 ex and 3 nurse cards within the first 6 hours of farming t3 tower maps and than it stopped out of sudden. Haven't seen high currency drops or cards for the last 50 maps.
