My PoE won't load!

I also facing the same problem, POE can't load and crash at gear, also detected that audio is not working when open Spotify/youtube. Fix it by disabling 1 of audio driver (Lenovo legion got 2 drivers, Realtek and Nvidia). In my case, disable Nvidia and it solved.
