Chinese just work alot.

I have played 3 leagues in chinese realm , 2 leagues in global realm
the chinese client is good,but I think the ggg global realm is a little better. prefer playing poe in global realm maybe the things looks better is the thins you cant get, lol |

For the same reason any client is better: they pay more for the same service as other clients.
Sorry if you didn't understand what I just said -- I seem to have a tongue stuck in my cheek. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

that client looks like garbage. I hope the west never gets tortured with that. sheesh, and people ask for this? no wonder pay to win is so prevalent and Battlefield V can't even finish their updates without selling a $10 skin of some crappy upcoming movie
