200 scroll of wisidoms were sold for nothing

Hi,

I sold 160-200 SoW at "Petarus and Vanja" NPCs. I saw the payment for, but when I clicked on Accept, I didn't get anything for them. So, I lost a bunch of SoW.

Could anybody help me or has idea about?
It happened on EU server around 20:40 GMT, 01-05-2020. My character name is LavianArch.

Obviously, I couldn't take screenshot from the before state, didn't expect any trouble, but you might see the transaction in the game logs.

GGG doesn't do any kind of ingame restores for any reason, so no you will not get anything back here.
Try closing the game, then start it and login to a other gateway.

Selling Scrolls of Wisdom to a vendor gives you scrolls of wisdom back.

What EXACTLY are you trying to do?

Wanted to buy scroll of teleport.
But, if that would be the situation: I don't have my scroll of wisdoms anymore

The game assumes you are selling the items if you just put them in a trade window.

You need to just click on the Portal scrolls in a vendor's inventory to buy them without putting anything in a trade window.

I am willing to bet that you bought some things from a vendor as well, which is why you don't have your Alts etc anymore. They can "see" what is in your stash (the first 6 tabs at least) and will automatically remove payment from your stash/inventory.

Maybe you bought a whole stack of portal scrolls(40) ? I think if you hold a combination of ctrl + shift and left click you buy a whole stack automatically. I find that very convenient for fast shopping, but it might lead to an undesired trade like in your cases, unless the portal scrolls really didn't appear in your inventory.

So, I tried a new gateway, but no luck. Still missing everything, what is missing.
I saw the portal scrolls as rewards in the upper window. Don't understand from this point.

you most likely sold your wisdom scrolls for scroll fragments instead of buying portals and then you bough something from vendors for your other missing orbs

in this game, stuff just dont disappear

either way, there is no way to reverse past transactions

NO, you did NOT see 'portal scrolls' as rewards in the window.

Selling Wisdom Scrolls gives scroll fragments. If you sell 5 wisdom scrolls, you will get 1 WISDOM scroll back. What you saw were wisdom scrolls.
