Vendor conversion for Chaos <--> Exalt ??

i got one:
the natural conversion rate is that exalts are cheap at start and get expensive towards the middle of a league cause masses of players with no currency tab run out of space with the chaos orb stacking only to 10 and need to convert.

so, experienced players mostly sell their first exalts and sell them mid league to make a profit.

which also means, players need to play from the beginning of a league to the mid /end of league to profit.

keeping players playing is a huge incentive.

another one:

the stack size of chaos of 10 combined with the intentionally uncomfortable trading implementation kindof motivates players to purchase currency tabs so they don't need to trade up their currency too often.
