Normal behavior and if you don't like the temp, reduce FGX and FPS.

1. The game is running, it's using resources, it's normal for your hardware to heat up, if extra 10 degrees higher than usual (could be worsening cooling, driver update adding something new) is a game changer for you, then quit.

2. Don't lie. It can't only be PoE unless it's the only 3D app you are running.

3. If 60 degrees under load is something of an issue for you, switch to a console, because 60c under load for basically any GPU past 2015ish is more than acceptable.
