Would be nice to see a fair amount of the old uniques receive some love to bring them up to par with where we are now.
I've been thinking for a while now that GGG could probably revisit past leagues not only running them again but rather adding to them with fresh content including ofc Prophecy League which would (hopefuly) do exactly what you want.. Add in a fated version of not only your unique item but quite a few that have also for the most part fallen through the cracks. Innocence forgives you

well, the current problem with axes in general is, it's melee. dunno if a fated version would fix that in the current state of the game.

Yeah, I think it's about time that axe gets some love. I've always found it interesting since it talks to you and stuff. But since the stats are so mediocre I never bothered using it

But I think many uniques and div-cards need a big hug. Right now the item filters eat them before they can even make their way to the vendor :D I wish GGG would rework a lot of the old content. "I don't think being Melee is the problem so much as only 2H axes really have a decent selection of uniques compared to 1H axes atm. I think people just craft rare 1H Axes for leveling instead of using the uniques like you would with Swords. Even !H Maces are better off than Axes because Frostbreath is a really nice weapon and there are the boss uniques for Mace/Sceptres. |
