My mana is so low i rarely cast vortex when needed in A4. It also keeps me from using flame dash.
Any tips? Should I drop a support gem from a sling? Edit - I've leveled several times since this post and things are definitely getting smoother as spellslinger gets cheaper and I get some extra mana from life nodes. Last edited by lod254 on May 12, 2021, 7:09:05 AM

Would 40% vortex damage be a good fit on the helmet? Or should I get +2 to AoE gems?

I canme back to the game and I wasn't sure what to play this league, at all. I really wanted to play something with a bow but all you hear is "bow omegalul", so I found this.
Honestly have so much fun playing this, this might be my second favourite build (behind the Dagger ranger, life leech molten strike I played during sacrifice of the vaal). I thought I'd play this at the start to get some currency to play something else but... I may just stick with this for the rest of the league honestly. I went pretty hard on the gearing so far, mapping is smooth as butter, since I swapped in that chest piece, I don't think I died to a single T16 ultimatum, bosses are still a pain tho I did get my first shaper kill on this, went in blind, had no idea what the boss is like, 0 deaths. I know Shpaer is not the toughest out there but it still felt nice killing him. Shaper, full map video (there may be some Discord noises iirc, this is with a slightly worse wand) Running breaches with this is fun, Trialmaster took ages to kill but went down eventually. And last content that absolutely murdered me was Maven's invitation to face all breach lords, I don't think I took a single one down. I wasn't able to find anything with +1 to cold skill gems, when I put that mod into poe.trade even only that mode with no other filters, it gives me no results. So here's my setup for now, want to replace the boots eventually but a little light on currency at this moment. kiwi nation

Hi, I am currently playing this build and I am having a lot of fun with it.
Unfortunately my damage is very low and it is very difficult for me to get through Sirus 5. My EHP is quite good and I don't die in T14 + Maps very often.
