So just how much is Tencent's financial control of GGG influencing PoE 2 development?

Thanks for all replies. If GGG is outsourcing parts of PoE 2 to Chinese subcontractors then in light of that the PC Gamer statement makes more sense. If the subcontractor is not affiliated with Tencent in any way we shouldn't be concerned at all. No Tencent stearing of GGG more toward P2W elements for PoE 2 and that's good to know.
