Minions and charges
" Like Aldones said, the most easy way is using Spectres linked with Blood Magic (this is needed or they end out of mana) that grant power charges (Host Chieftain) and frenzy charges (Carnage Chieftain). The shield does not grant charges to your minions, it enables THEM to generate power (on kill) and frenzy charges (on hit) to their ALLIES (this means all your other minions and you), if you take Necromantic Aegis. To get f-charges on your skellies and zombies, assuming you don't take Necro Aegis, put Victario's Charity on yourself and then run something like Cyclone + CWC + Ball Lightning.
Having played with it a bit, my experience in rank order of effectiveness at keeping 3 f-charges on the minions: Shield w/ Cyclone set-up and 2 Carnage Chieftains (a bit overkill on the charges) Shield w/ Cyclone set-up and 1 Carnage Chieftain (works great) Shield w/ Cyclone set-up and no chieftains (ok) 2 Carnage Chieftains and no shield (ok, but a bit unpredictable) 1 Carnage Chieftain and no shield (inadequate) The shield does not work as well on you for p-charges since you need kills. I'm guessing better with Necro Aegis but never tried it. Host Chieftains on their own for p-charges are similar - ie they are somewhat unpredictable and 1 alone is inadequate. |

"You cannot share any charge with allies (minions). You can only find alternative means to give them to them which is what we’ve been saying here. |

" Im sorry for nitpicking, but the word "allies" actually includes party members. I know you probably know that but your formulation may be confusing to someone who does not. and yes, you cant share your charges with minions but there are various ways how to give them the ability to gain them themselves as already explained. Quite right. To clarify even further the only way for a play to share his or her own charges is via Conduit which only shares with allies who are party members, and only another player can be a party member. Everyone who fights on your side falls under the ally umbrella.
