I really enjoy speculation like this. It's clear that the names written in their dialogue, unique item quotes, and in-game art are not created at random. There's a clear story to it all, every name matters and has the potential to be expanded on when they see fit.

I remember a thread prior to 3.0 where we were trying to guess the boss of each act and the significance of the previews they had made prior to launch. There were hints of Solaris and Lunaris throughout the game, not just the zones in act 3 but items as well. Kitava and Tahukahama were mentioned but never shown prior to 3.0 iirc. It's fun to guess what's next and it's probably right in front of you. All the names from the Chieftain's ascendancies are good possibilities of who's to show up in the near future for example. Still waiting for a continuation to Grigor's story, the seemingly knowledgeable, disfigured guy from act 3.

The storyline for PoE 2 seems to be starting us off in the Ezomyte lands. :)
