What is a good xp/h average at 99-100 with regular mapping, no hh, no watchstones?

95-97 only do only rare map die 1 time,after patch 3.9 level97 0-30% die 2 times, so now i only do blue maps t14,15,16 22m exp per hour. Those dead is from 1 random small tiny little unknown ice trap explode 1shot me, im 80 cold resist and 9.3k es. So... when is time to die u will die!

This league I was not aiming level 100 as I instead buff up all metamorphs and getting 1-shotted by them from time to time, but as a sample, last league I remember getting a stable 11-12 million xp per hour on level 99 by mapping on alch-vaal-and-go T16 maps without zana mods, rarely with sextants, doing all master missions I had, area level 83 delving, with area level 83 temples and safehouses.

Haha, yeah they are seriously insane! So far between 99-100 I've fought sirus 6 times, cortex once and I do MMs every map(almost!)

I tested the bear camp.. Damn! 32 mio xp/h and I think, it could be higher if I, had one with 20% magic monsters.

I also opped my game with fully buffing T16 and I managed to hit 20 mio xp/h, but this seems like the max for me
