Yep exactly. You can test it out in PoB. It really doesn’t add all that much unless you’re scaling crit, but it’s still the best mod in that slot

It shouldn’t. I’ll check the PoB when I get home, but it should just be a high hp rare glove with minion damage. They’re pretty cheap.

Oops. I need to update the Phys PoB pretty badly, which I will probably do in a few weeks when I have a bit more time. For mapping, it should be skeletons, minion dmg, brutality, impale, melee phys, and melee splash. The archers are disabled but were from the cold skeletons PoB.

You only need one six link - I was just apparently lazy. :)

For SSF, I'd recommend the tree in 6(4) to start, and if you find any of the luxury stuff (glorious vanity, thread of hope, etc.) then you can start making your way towards the other trees (I'd reference the 6(2) tree even as phys). Since it's my fault it's not so up to date, let me know if you have questions!

Yes to feeding frenzy. On a support minion, it still provides buffs to the main damage dealer minions.

You can switch FF onto the main skeleton link while mapping if you want - it gives them a nice charging attack. As long as you can play on what is essentially a five link (four if you don't count splash). :)

What are your thoughts overall on the strength of skele mages vs phys vs cold melee skeles?

In an SSF environment I mean - I dropped the skele mage jewel and was considering a swap. I played melee skeles in Metamorph league and cleared all content etc but haven't been back since and I heard they've nerfed some things/buffed others

Melee skeletons, either cold or phys should be relatively the same damage in an SSF environment - phys is easier to gear, but lacks freeze/chill/corpse destruction. In trade league, cold will outperform phys by a lot starting in level 4 gear.

Mages - super good clear but I found bossing with it not that great and super dependent on vaal summon skeletons (at which point it becomes a great bosser).

Overall, skellies got nerfed quite a bit, but can still do everything in the game comfortably.
