Be careful when entering the boss room- Cemetery map

My buddy just died as soon as he entered the boss room. The map did not have any +dmg mods on it. There were maybe 20 mobs including blue pack of rhoas and a rare monkey. I think this is stupid tbh. Why not make it like dungeon with a corridor so there is some safety before engaging...

I've done cemetary plenty of times and its one of the easiest maps overall. I've never had an issue of mobs being on top of the entrance. They have always been near or behind the boss.
I actually had this happen to me yesterday.

Instead of failing I killed the mobs.

However, I'd say that it's poor design and should be changed. Depending on maps mods, this could be a problem even for non-baddies.

Closed Beta 'Cells' was even more fun. Spawn in on Brutus :D
I am 84 and never saw mobs in there till after the patch where ggg changed some of the maps. After that i havent seen mobs so close to the door. Trust me we are experienced players. Its not about skill we just went down there and they rushed. I was lucky enough to pop quick silver and go around them but he got pinned to the wall
Entering doors then being greeted by 40+ spawncamping mobs is the epitome of retarded game design, this also happens on vaal pyramids top floor.


Awesome game design, enter door -> dead.

Yup i would like a safe zone like dungeon or thicket like a small path leading to the room.
just did dungeon, brutus sucked me into a bunch of blue monkeys, before i even walked into the main chamber, insta die lol
But he doesnt aggro as soon as you walk in the instance.
He actually loaded up the part with the boss and passed through the corridor to the doors leading to brutus. And then he got pulled into the pack of blues which are always there, and died.

That is not game design flaw, it is players' play flaw.
Life is tough... but it is tougher if you're stupid.
