Can't switch Graphic chipset on laptop

Hi, it's my problem. A few days ago I'm buying a new laptop and install the newest driver (AMD Radeon adrenalin) and when I was open Poe settings I saw that imagehttps://imgur.com/a/fVwDIio So I can't switch a Graphic chipset on a Poe but I can switch on another game like Crossout.

Done, but still not working. When I using AMD Radeon Adrenaline and choose discrete Graphics chipset and after I move on another setting my chose automatically removed. But why? Idk. Without AMD R Adrenalin not working too

Adrenaline is not necessary like I wrote in Tutorial and not working.
