How to set dedicated GPU, ATI and Nvidia - Tutorial

A long time ago in a galaxy far far away, a group of wise men began building a machine. They joined the gears for many years. Those that broke were replaced with new ones, but after some time nobody knew which gear broke and by-pass was created. Until one day the machine stopped, because a small gear broke down, but no one knew which and the bypass did not work...

The Best way to have selected dedicated card and GPU is using build in Windows 10 method in Advanced graphics settings (other languages could have different name like graphics settings). To reach this setting:
Right click on screen-> Screen Settings(or graphic) and at bottom choose Graphics Settings (graphic settings). Add here exe file of Path of Exile and set to High Performance after clicking on added program as is on screen below:

Steam path should be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Path of Exile

All other settings as Power Plan etc should be default.
Additional settings in graphic card application like nVidia or Ati Adrenaline etc can be set but this is not required.

Additional settings for ATI to minimize heating and to free laptop resources and set more game smoother:
Radeon Chill with vsync in game.

Radeon Chill should be set to 30 minimal frames and 45-60 maximal

VSync enabled in game

Enhanced Sync should be disabled for better cooling.

Global settings to other games to be automatically set when added to list of games:

nVidia have similar settings that could be added or set.
