The shit you guys are playing besides PoE

I'm still in love with Diablo 2 and other roguelikes, but there are a few outside of the genre I enjoy.

Currently, others include

As you can see, I have a good love for shooters and stealth second to roguelikes. I guess you could say I have an all-around appreciation of many different games.

I've stopped playing MMOs. They were great when I had all the time in the world, but with two kids and a uni education to keep track of, I find myself with too little time to play something as time-intensive as an MMO. PoE is great in that each map is pretty quick, so it's okay to sit down for half an hour to an hour and clear a few maps. Other than that I play Crusader Kings 2, which satisfies my thirst for backstabbing and family planning (check it out, it's amazing -- best Paradox Interactive game I've played to date), and I've tried to get into a game of Super Monday Night Combat, but no luck so far. It doesn't look extremely tempting though, but I'll give it a shot (and the matches are shorter than LoL).

Gotta have games with short matches or where it doesn't hurt (too much) to leave in the middle of something. PoE is perfect, imho.

Recently got back into Frozen Synapse, and it's like rediscovering your marriage. The game just feels so good.

Also been poking about with some classic FPSes: HeXen, HeXen II, Quake, Quake II, DooM (Brutal DooM mod). And I've been eyeing Nox on GOG.com. But I'm trying to avoid spending any more money on games (even if it is just $6) until my fiduciary situation becomes a bit more, er, solid.
