" If working like trash is "as intented" then ggg got a bit of a problem. The complaint is that this expansion has way worse quality of gamedev decisions than any previous one. Not a single previous endgame fight (except for the delve) took this much time from a player to be played and literally not a single one forced spamming maps like hell desperately hoping that this one is the one, without having a single clue if he is doing something wrong. Shaper fight condition was clear, Elder one told you what exactly you have to do to get the exact result(it was a bit rng but you had like almost 100% control over influence), UElder the same. To spawn any it would take you an hour or two tops per iteration and it was guaranteed. Here you may spawn Sirus in a hour, maybe two, sometimes 15 or longer. And you are not even sure if you're just unlucky or the game bugged again. Not the most pleasant experience. If playstyle of spamming shit tonn of maps you wouldn't have even picked up from the ground otherwise is what you like than alright, enjoy it, or if you just like eating dogs' shit then it is more of yours defectiveness not the system being fine. And yes, it is their game, but it would never be alive if not for us, who either bought supporter packs or donated directly, so we want to have everything matching certain standarts which used to be there. |

I agree with OP. 1000 maps cleared and spawned sirus 8 times. This expansion has turned one of my favourite games ever into some of the least enjoyable experiences I ever had.

If he wants to play slow and tanky to avoid bullshit 1shots, all the power to him. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

" Nearly 1500 challange completed... arpund 10 sorus spawns... Thats why I stopped playing even though I crave for playing a game like poe. Rng gated endgame without any way near the brilliant influence system of elder Elder and UE isnt worth my time. I dont mind that Elder and UE influence is gone. But I do mind that it was replaced with a system 10 steps beck and that the pr section does not say anythink about that issue. Not even an "works as intended" |

" If, for any reason, GGG based their conqueror spawn RNG by map sustain, then I'm totally okay with this decision. I only ever managed to fight Shaper and Uber Elder once back in Betrayal league, because I couldn't sustain red maps to save my life and the game got boring as shit being stuck in T10 and lower maps where nothing is challenging. I hope this wasn't the reasoning behind this of course, but I'd rather the endgame bosses be RNG gated if it means I can stay in T14+ maps where things actually pose a threat I can't just laugh at to death. I can think of at least 10 better impoementations then just pure rng gated endgame... the implementation the way it is right now is just lackluster and uninspired. Also buggy as hell and yet there is no statement from ggg if it works as intendet or not.

the fact that the spawning is RNG really is a terrible thing
