My character's skills keep turning off.
I'm playing a Pathfinder with this build.
I run Precision, Herald of Agony, and Summon Skitterbots, and have Plaguebearer up. Occasionally, these powers shut off entirely. Since all of the powers except plaguebearer are in the ctrl hotkeys I don't accidentally hit them when using flasks or whatever. I just notice I'm not reserving as much mana as I should, that the buff is no longer in the upper right of the monitor, or that the the skitterbots or herald aren't present at all when they should be. I don't know what's causing this. My SRS Necromancer runs four skills and as far as I can tell they've never shut off on their own without my input. The fourth skill, Plaguebearer, has no way to manually turn it off completely. Once it's on, it has two modes - storing damage or dealing it from the stored amount. It goes to zero when changing areas in most case. Occasionally, the buff will disappear entirely and I have to turn it back on, starting at zero again. I'm not hitting the wrong keys or otherwise manually turning these off. I have no idea what's going on, and it happens multiple times per day, often entirely at random. Today in the Refinery in Act 9 I had Precision shut off, and then Precision and Herald of Agony both. The three skills shut off properly at death, and Plaguebearer needs to be reactivated after death as well. This is normal, and not what I'm talking about. I have watched this happen while I was standing still, moving, in combat, out of combat, and afk. It's happen while I've been playing but didn't have either hand near the keyboard. Honestly, this makes the character unplayable. TL;DR: My buffs whether using reserved mana or some other system randomly shut off during play. This can be irritating when it comes to things like skitterbots and precision, but it cuts into my DPS when plaguebearer gets removed entirely and starts again at zero when I reactivate it. Also, someoneon Reddit described this exact problem in 2017. Last edited by AndromedaEcho#0811 on Jan 7, 2020, 4:28:13 AM Last bumped on Jan 6, 2020, 8:11:28 PM
