Meh. I gave up on that pursuit seeing the 75 Sirus kills.

Unless you farm 820 this is impossible. I'd say it takes around 5-6 hours to spawn him once from a clean start. If you were to solo this challenge Id guess it would take nearly 400-500 hours.
