Can i apply a (new exalted) on a shaper item?
For example : can i apply a Crusader's Exalted Orb on a shaper item to acquire the crusader’s prefix or suffix?

no. the new exalts explicitly say they must be used on an item with NO influence.

Thank you. Sigh...hard to craft items nowadays

I think you can slam the item without influence and then transfer the mod with awakener's orb

May i ask another question? What if i craft a suffix - “cannot rolled attack“ mod and then i go beast crafting using farric wolf alpha to roll to add a random prefix and removes a random suffix? Does the roll of the prefix still affected by the “cannot rolled attack” mod?

" The awakeners orb doesnt transfer mods, only influence type. You could of course use awakeners orb first to make a hybrid shaper/xxx item then use the specialized exalt orb. |

" uhhh, no you cant? the new exalts have to be used on an item with NO influence of any kind, as i said previously. |

really? that makes them kinda useless then. I haven't read the description since they first announced.

Slam a base item, use prefix or suffix can't be changed depending on what you get, transfer over influence and roll what you need.
Need a new signature, cuz name change. I dunno though. I guess this seems fine. Yeah, this is good.

" Not sure how the prefix/suffix can't be changed helps. the old item is destroyed and the new item is quite possibly not the original one depending on how they implemented it. I'm not sure the master mod will save existing mods on the target item. Because GGG are super vague about when things override and when things dont, and things already override the prefix/suffix cannot be changed. They need to reword them like this: Prefixes cannot be changed* *unless your using x/y/z crafting, then oops! |
