Mother's Embrace + Coruscating Elixir doesnt trigger Minion Instability

I don't think this is bugged. Minion Instability states "Minions explode when reduced to Low Life, dealing 33% of their maximum Life as Fire Damage to surrounding Enemies." If they are summoned while low life due to a summoning time delay, then the interaction is working as intended. They are already are summoned at low life and can not trigger the "reduced to" threshold/trigger.

Order of events: Begin Summoning Minion > Trigger Mother's Embrace > Minions are at low life > Minion is summoned.

This also holds true if the actual trigger is when they are cast. The order of events being: Cast minion spell > Trigger Mother's Embrace > Minion is summoned.

However I can't be 100% sure. As there are 2 main components (the casting of the minion and the actual summoning part), it is really hard to say if this is intended. The only way I can see a this being fixed to work as you want is the reword Mother's Embrace trigger from "Your Minions use your Flasks when summoned" to "Your Minions use your Flasks after they are summoned." This way Minion Instability can trigger.
It's more than likely a bug/oversight. I know this, because reserving your life and spawning a mirror or blink arrow will cause them to explode via minion instability. If you don't believe me try it out yourself. BM + Discipline, MI + Mirror/Blink Arrow.
This problem will be leave forever, If GGG create new version of "Umbilicus Immortalis Belt" can do this "flask use apply to Zombie and Spectre when you have Zombie or Spectre".

Because "Umbilicus Immortalis Minion Instability Players" need to use flask for immune curse, bleed, freeze, ignite, shock, or use life flask for make life easy than this.

*Make Flask can use for player before summon Zombie or Spectre.*

That is my suggest, hope someday we will have belt for play this build easy than now, long time sad life of Umbilicus Immortalis players lol :_

👇🏻If you like my suggest, bump this xD👇🏻
