It isnt specific to just at fractured walls either, it seems to be when you throw the dynamite in multiple scenarios.

For me it only crashes when I try to dynamite topside of the delve, bottom side never crashes, fix eeeeet REEeeEEe.

same problem, 50/50 it will crash when throwing dynamite at wall.. was fine on first day tho :(
