Organs need Auto-Loot (as others small drops could use too)

Srsly what is going through the devs mind making organs an actual item that is map specific. Like did none of you see the underlying pain in the ass that is picking up 25 organs just to spawn a boss aka waiting 25 times to break your momentum to do so?

Get your design and testing priorities straight and fix this sh, most people i see just straight up skip the metamorphs because it is to much of a pain in the ass to let them spawn to begin with.
Which is the complete opposite of what the developers should aim for. You should aim for people enjoying the unique league specific content not skip it out of it being a massive pain in the ass.

If you want to reduce clearing speed overall sure, but do it in a way that isn't straight up annoying and will be circumvented by most people anyway. And def don't force it on people through a league mechanic that is just rather tedious than only slow.

YESSSSSSSS PLZ. This shit is killing the farming fun because the icons are tiny and there are too many of those; we are losing too much time picking up those things instead of playing the game.

I like the league, but yes: 'autoloot of organs' or even better 'add to tool at kill'.

+1, there is no reason anyone would not pick an organ = why force players aiming to click this kind of loot x20 times every map?
