Got a crash after metamorph kill (with image)

I got the exact same crash, with the same message, in the same Zone. Escept i was using Ice Shot and Shrapnel Balista

Similar crash,in same zone before koam.

This happened to me; I killed Kaom, summoned a metamorph boss and crashed when it died. Now I can't join any instances.

Same for me. Killed meto boss right before kaom and crashed straight to desktop when it died. Loaded back up and back into the same instance but the minimap cache was cleared. Got to the area that I killed the meto boss and crashed with the same error message as OP.

Same exact issue, killed the meto boss just before going into Kaom's, crashed after it died. Crashed two more times trying to walk to where it died so I could loot. Using storm brand and wrath, no other auras/skills in use.

Got another crash, same message, but this time i was still killing the metamorph, at the end of act5 the templar courts map.

Both my husband and I crashed killing the metamorph after killing Kaom about 10 minutes apart.

Every time I kill the last pack of a Metamorph spawn, I get DC'd. i bet I've lost out on several of unique items...
