Crashes, 5700 XT AMD Issue?

The same thing has been happening to me. I figured it was just typical "start of the league crashes" but I haven't been able to leave The Ledge without my video card crashing, leaving both my monitors blank but audio still working. Switching video settings/resolutions/framerates has not helped at all. Hopefully, this can get fixed as soon as possible since I am really finding the league mechanic well-made so far.

Appears to be a AMD GPU problem and after reading all the posts its not related strictly to 1 gpu and 1 driver (Any driver and any AMD Gpu seem to be crashing the game). I sat around lions eye watch for about 9 hours before i got to actually sit down long enough to play and no crashes, as soon as i see one of those organ drops BAM... I'm on a 5700xt and it seems this latest 3.9 patch has screwed things up for AMD users. Pre 3.9 I had no issues whatsoever on my 5700xt and now its all boogered up. Games unplayable and its very very dissapointing at this time.

-- Just sending an update, in the last 15 minutes it has crashed 5 times all sitting in town and hideout.

So I have a reference AMD 5700 XT.

The crashes only happen Tane tries to spawn but not every time. Most of the time, it seems to happen if I try to summon him or he summons himself in a part of the screen that seems very busy.

If I head to a clearing where there are no monsters and not a lot of activity on the screen it goes better.

But the crashes seem to happen every time I summoned him or he summons himself and the screen is busy, not just from monsters but landscape potentially as well, like right outside of axiom prison for instance.

Nope, NVIDIA users affected by this crashes too, like I am.

Same crashes as everyone else is experiencing. Every other time Thane spawns, my GPU crashes and i get full black screens.

AMD 5700 XT

Installing newest drivers didnt help and reducing Graphic Options and playing around in the AMD Configurations didnt help either. Also todays patch didnt fix anything

Did not have a single problem/crash during Blight League.

Thank you Sir! Just tried it. Before, I had it open to monitor my GPU. I killed it and now I just did 4 Metamorphs without any issues. Seems to work for now.

Sorry how do you go about doing this?

Open Task Manager and end the AMD Radoen Software.exe

I also had the same problem like everyone. But i could fixed going to options and disabling the ''Dynamic Resolution'' in graphics section.

Oh ok, i have only been reading this thread as I just managed to get on for today about an hour ago and its been unplayable. But i've noticed its not restricted only to metamorph league mechanics as its been crashing for me just sitting in hideout or town

Yep. It crashes when it want to. No specific trigger for me. Moreover, I got first black screen in about one minute after quitting the game. Second was when I was in the game.
