Private league set for Metamorph doesn't have the Metamorph mechanic

Private league set for Metamorph doesn't have the Metamorph mechanic. We have the ability to move to the normal league, but Octavia isn't spawning on any map, nor do we have the modifier that would allow them to spawn. The main site confirms the league is Metamorph.
