Minions should be #1 again, just because they're so easy to work with.

I'll pick Frostbolt/Ice Nova as #2.

For #3 I'll pick a bunch of bow skills mixed together. If the new exalts allow for some nasty bows without TOO much investment bows might be king by the end. Imagine bows with two of the "new exalt" mods from mixing influences together. Since we don't know what they do yet we could get bows better than any cheap dex stacking bow.

best starters will be summoners (skell/ srs/ specters), mines (pyroclast/ ice spear for single and arc for clear. Expect explosive arrow shenanigans.) and totems (holy flame, maybe ballista). Maybe this will translate in a league meta, maybe some crazy bow build will be FOTM

The majority of people care about the meta, their fun is derived from playing the most optimal builds. Yes you can play nearly anything and clear all the content but people will always travel the path of least resistance.

People do care and they want to know what builds excel in certain content.

Wow you really are bitter. The games core purpose is loot and trade.

SSF isn't harder than trade league. With crafting and non-uni builds you can clear all the content. I could make a vortex or totem build SSF can go at the exact same speed. Wow, amazing.

In fact many leagues have had the first 100 being SSF.

So yeah, thanks for the pointless rant and delusion. Metas are popular not because they are brain dead but because people want to min-max the best possible outcomes.

Stop projecting, your way is in no way better, harder or less brain dead.
