In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

just Boring watching this was a waste of time .
I'd rather have you buff rogue exiles/invasion bosses... those who have the life of maybe blue mobs these days, but are considered unique mobs. This looks certainly nice, though, and a total pain for anything melee related. But it sure doesn't matter if the best skills just instantly kill'em even without extraordinary gear. Well, at least you'll get a couple of good rips out of it, I guess.

Pointless. What do tougher boss fights provide while levelling? Nothing. Will they make the game more interesting? No. Just a waste of time. Will make levelling a bit more tedious.

Playing PoE for years and having fun despite GGG.
I don't know if it's only me, but apart from some aesthetic changes to skills that these bosses use I didn't see anything that was new here. Also without knowing what level the player was who tested this, we can't draw any conclusions.

The Shadow of the Vaal boss has been a joke for a long time know. Before that it was actually scary to look forward too. If he is only doing more DPS and makes more rocks to fall from the ceiling to dodge it's not going to be much more challenging than before.

What we need is to fear and dread the boss encounters, like in the old times or in closed beta.

I still remember that in closed beta even Chatters was a challenging mini boss. He was able to flash freeze you instantly and clubber you to death before you had a chance to unfreeze... Melee players almost stood no chance against him.
Then he was nerfed and became a generic stage boss that you can oneshot without even noticing he was there in the first place.

Please GGG! Make PoE great again!
But that makes the game less newb-friendly.

Acctually, yes.
Longer samey fights, with nothing really interesting added.
Poor bland buff to attack speed +added rocks from the skies.
And may be 2x hp to ensure this tedious will be 4x longer.

Skinning the Minotaur Falling Rocks skill on Storymode Bosses and calling that balance? I don't know what to say.

So, when will players be afforded the opportunity to have some choices *cough, at least 3, Cough* when finishing the lab for their Helm enchantments in particular?

You've added so many to the list that it would take 100s of runs to even have a remote chance at getting the enchant on it that your build needs.
