30% is too little.
You should delevel back to level 1 whenever you die. More than 10 times and you should get negative levels - grind first X amount of levels to be able to allocate a skill point. |

Some Ideas you brought up are also pretty nice, deleveling, why isnt that a thing already? that way you can repeat your funny journey over and over in this exciting game! |

Make it that ,on top of that 30%, you permanently lose a level when you die, e.g. if your char has died twice his/her max level is 98, etc.

IMHO when you die you should get you account deleted.
