And they didn't mention at all in there anything about drops, and they apologized for any inconveniences it may have caused.

I think I'm more aware of what the email is about than you are, why are you even trying to argue about it? I warned them about this issue on the 13th - it's a recurring issue where some users are initially told they're ineligible if they F5 the page enough time, then eventually it stops and stays on "Eligible". Most people affected by that problem are never told they're ineligible, so even if it displays "Eligible" on the PoE site & under the Twitch stream, they never get detected by Twitch Drops. This is what happened to the majority of "0 drop gang" and it's a known issue ever since the inception of Twitch Drops regularly seen during Warframe promotions, which is why Digital Extreme has learned to put safety nets in place so that those affected by Twitch's problems never leave empty handed.

There was a technical problem, they knew about it, all we ever wanted is for them to acknowledge that it existed publicly and assure us they'd look into a solution after the event. I've also been spending the last three days commenting on both reddit and the forums to spread info. I also got in touch with one of the Twitch moderators in order to relay necessary information to Bex, as well as emails with Support to relay info to their "Admin team".
